I've said multiple times, that Tavernier's personal accolades while good, I'd trade all of it for Rangers success, I'd trade it all for a striker that can score goals consistently and a defender that can defend... You're acting like I'm out to get Tav when you've got the same opinion as me, you've said as such - he's on the decline, he'd be better on the bench, and likely shouldn't continue as captain. To say he is a reminder or symbolic of an era of failure isn't untrue, it's simply facts, if you want to argue, go to the trophy room have a wee look around. Again, I don't give a damn about his personal accolades, but if you want to harp on about how many goals he has, bear in mind that we also include goals from the lower leagues in that total. Not sure many of the highest scoring best defenders in the world did that 🙄 I've also no hatred for him - you're right it's pointless continuing this debate because with all due respect, you keep on making up shite in your head - and I've never said that he is the sole reason for all of our failures. Said numerous times throughout the thread, he has contributed to that failure, and in my opinion been a poor captain and shouldn't continue as such and perhaps be a bench player going forward. The ideal scenario would be he left/is sold. Doesn't mean I hate him.
