  1. I guess TB is correct then. I can currently have a view as to the RST's policy in respect of the club but not going forward. For example the RST membership could currrently vote against the naming rights of the stadium and that would be RST policy. However the buyrangers members could vote for it and that would then appear to be RST policy. RST members who are not buyrangers members are becoming disenfranchised and will have limited or no say on a large number of RST policies going forward. What exactly is the point in being an RST member and not being in buyrangers going forward? Will the RST refund life members given their rights are being taken away from them?
  2. The General placing (of the shares of RIFC) takes place on 19 December. Anything that takes place prior to that is irrelevant in respect of the RST scheme (unless I am misunderstanding something). You are buying the share of RIFC. You are not involved in the VCT placing, are you? I believe that you are continuing to mislead potential investors. Page 1 of the prospectus says "This document which comprises a prospectus relating to Rangers International Football Club plc" I note that you are still also claiming that there are several non-board members serving on the Finance Committee which appears to be incorrect according to posts earlier in this thread.
  3. On the issue of the directors, Companies House seem to think that the following are the directors: The RFC Ltd - Murray, Stockbridge and Ahmad RIFC plc - Green and Stockbridge Interestingly enough, the prospectus says that Green IS a director of The RFC Ltd. Companies House states that they must be notified within 14 days of a director being appointed.
  4. You can in theory but members are not given an agenda or told what is being voted on prior to the last AGM so you can't tell your proxy which way to vote if you don't have a clue what is being voted on.
  5. To what are you referring, TB?
  6. Time of the year has a huge impact.
  7. The "rules" that you posted a link to stated that there ARE "several prominent members of the Rangers Family who do not serve on the Board This ensures arm’s length accountability for you at all times". You seem to be saying that this statement is incorrect but are allowing it to remain unchanged. This is also misleading potential investors. And you think that this is satisfactory? Whether Cenkos says it is OK or not, it is totally wrong and is verging on fraud. You are telling people that their cash will go towards buying the shares in one company when it is a totally different company that they are buying the shares in. I thought that it was an innocent mistake and that you would correct it but by deliberately not changing it when it has been pointed out to you means that you are getting fan's cash on false pretences. I am shocked that you are allowing these false statements to stand.
  8. And there needs to be some non-board members?
  9. SRB, PLG, can you advise who the members of the Community Share Issue Finance Committee are?
  10. The shares of The Rangers Football Club Ltd (or plc as I believe it more correctly is) are not for sale and it is the shares in another company Rangers International Football Club plc that are being purchased. The RST by that statement are making people believe that they are buying shares in the club when they are buying shares in its holding company. They appear not to have updated the rules for all the information that is now available and I would have thought that this should have been a priority.
  11. Thanks. It seems that you can withdraw by getting your shares sold but not get the shares transferred into your own name. Is that correct? I think that you should also tighten up your rules in this area as it makes no mention of netting off costs against against the sale proceeds.
  12. You are seriously misleading the potential investors with this claim.
  13. Can you realise your investment at a later date, ie ask for your shares to be sold or transferred into your own name?
  14. Of course a CVA was never going to happen. A 5 minute phone call with HMRC by any prospective buyers would have established that. If anyone was serious about buying us post-newco they'd have made themselves known. There wasn't anyone. As for the other stuff, it may be your opinion but none of it's yet to be proved. You can come out with statements that you know but it's all guesswork on your part.
  15. LOL. That's the stupidist thing that's been written on this forum for weeks.
  16. There are people with different views. It is very arrogant to think that your view is the truth and everyone who disagrees with it does so because they are "terrified" or don't want to hear negatives.
  17. Who are all these fans who don't want to hear negatives?
  18. In my totally uninformed opinion Green is at the wind-up here. He has allowed the line about not seeing the title deeds to remain in to get the likes of Brown wound up and hoping for a reaction. The auditors would not have given the audit opinion that they did without sight of the title deeds. It's all a red herring in my opinion.
  19. Brand new. Formed on 16/11/12.
  20. You did and I did have shares in the club. The club then transferred to another company. The club is The Rangers Football Club plc. That company plays the games, owns the players, owns Ibrox. It is the club. We are being asked to buy shares in a company that just owns some shares. It is not the club. We are being asked to buy shares in the equivalent of Murray MHL Limited.
  21. Don't agree that we are being screwed. We are seeking finance from investors rather than banks and potentially paying interest to them indirectly rather than paying a bank interest or preference shareholders dividends. Green's been quite upfront about it, but he just hasn't explained it all in the finest detail. As for Brown, I think it's been proven that he was talking shite.
  22. It is a business entity. The Rangers Football Club plc. We are being asked to buy shares in Rangers International Football Club plc, a totally different company.

    Utd Boycott

Correct, but they get the Dundee Utd fans cash already. Tey just don't get our cash due to the boycott. I was just pointing out that Dundee Utd would benefit if we did what Broxi is suggesting.

    Utd Boycott

They'd get 60% of the Rangers fans ticket sales.
