  1. There's Champions League play-off round first leg ties being played on Wednesday 19th August, so that's maybe why our game's not been selected for live TV coverage.
  2. Shit, I misread that sentence. I thought it said "has been selected for live television coverage".
  3. It's a good deal. A week on Friday those £15 tickets will be anything from £19 up to £29.
  4. There's been major changes in the ownership and control of the boardroom since then though.

  6. What channel's showing the game if it's not Alba?
  7. The end of August is generally the time to get the best loan deals though.
  8. Rangers Youth ‏@RFC_Youth now15 seconds ago 48' GOAL!! 3-1. Ross McCrorie after being on the pitch for three minutes.
  9. Rangers Youth ‏@RFC_Youth now52 seconds ago Four changes for Rangers at HT - Lyon, Gallagher, Halkett and Crawford off. Ross McCrorie, Dykes, Roberts and Jeffries on.
  10. Feel the same way myself. I'll be pleased enough if we get him for a good price, but won't be gutted if we drop our interest for the moment when we can get him for next to nothing in 10 months.
  11. It was 3-0 at half time.
  12. It's a good point, but if we're bringing in any players on loan deals, then I think they should preferably be of a quality that we can't afford to buy.
  13. We went 1-0 down after 7 minutes.
  14. Hibs would change their tune if we offered them a million quid for him mate, but hopefully the days of us paying silly money for players who aren't worth the transfer fee are over.
  15. Not many people are going to complain if he bangs in a good number of goals. Last season he made over 40 appearances, mostly starts and only scored 9 or 10 goals. Bit of a poor show when your main striker hardly scores any goals and gets almost as many yellow cards as goals over the season.
  16. CLUB STATEMENT: SCOTT ALLAN By: Hibernian Media on 28 Jul, 2015 18:02 In the face of continued media interest, Hibernian Football Club can confirm that Scott Allan has today handed in a written transfer request. This comes on the back of two unwelcome and uninvited approaches from Rangers FC regarding Scott, the first for £175,000 and the second for £225,000. Hibernian FC has refused both bids because the Club has no wish to transfer a valuable player to strengthen a major rival in the battle to win the Championship and gain promotion to the Premiership. Hibernian’s position has not changed. The player will not be sold to Rangers. http://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/news/5590
  17. Green & co probably did it out of sheer spite because Douglas Park was involved with The Blue Knights.
  18. Almost 30,500 season tickets sold is fantastic. 33-35k should be achievable.
  19. Darren McGregor joins the 30+ camp in a week or so.
  20. Strange to mention Bell when he's only 28. Dean Shiels is 30+
  21. There you go.... 76 posts moved into their own thread.
  22. Yeah, I'll split it, no problem.
  23. Well that's that then.
  24. Aye, it's not exactly cheap, but it's a pretty standard price for the type of fixture. Hibs are charging the same for their League Cup game against Montrose at Easter Rd on Saturday.
  25. A lot of things can change when a new manager comes in. Miller displayed some serious attitude problems last season, but if he's ditched the bad attitude for the moment, then fair enough and even better if he improves on his poor standard of performances from last season.
