Just back at Alicante base camp after bus back from Seville. Enjoyed the occasion and players done well to get us there. can’t shake the perennial loser cloud over this squad though. I actually agree with not opening Ibrox for a beam back. I can understand why people want to go. But after the nonsense after winning the league last year in George Square and the town i think its best the club is risk averse here and tries to distance itself from any new potential opportunities for nonsense. We went to Auxerre back when PLG was in charge and the police shut all the bars and stopped the supermarkets selling booze, but your talking a handful of places. No idea how they stop something the size and reach of people travelling for this. Best just to embrace it and set up a few ad hoc fan zones if they can.

Having been to that stadium before in 2009(?) I'm a bit concerned about the steep seating especially if (as many will do) supporters try to sneak in.
