  1. He wouldn't get a game anyway. No way would Chesney play him ahead of Gravesen who cost them millions. Lennon gets the nod ahead of him because of he's more defence minded. He's a wee hairy twat BTW.
  2. He got Schmichael bang on. He's probably the best keeper with the exception of Lehmann to play in the EPL. The keeper who let the ball thbrough his legs was Taibi. He also signed Ven der Gouw who was a bit of a liability too.
  3. I'm not optimistic at all. WS is tactically shite in europe so I expect no better than a draw.
  4. THat's a no bad achievement considering how bad we were to watch while Eck was in charge (sorry Harley). He went 6 games undefeated before he left.
  5. Gattuso's Italian pad was on Footballers Cribs last night. Have to admit I wasn't impressed. HIs apartment was like one you'd get in a Benidorm hotel block.
  6. Although he's been a moany cunt this past couple of seasons I'd be sad if the injury brings an end to his career. He was excellent for us and deserves to play on if he wished.
  7. According to the BBC gossip column, Arsenal are chasing the Liverpool keeper Scott Carson who's on loan at Charlton the now.
  8. Adam was shocking. That's about all you can say to his performance yesterday.
  9. I can write match reviews (all home games and the away games I goto). Frankie and Gribz seem to begin match preview threads more than anyone so I put them forward for point number 3.
  10. What's the latest regarding Webster? Surely he's nearly back to fitness.
  11. OK so just say it's the 2nd leg at Ibrox with 2 minutes to go and we're going out on away goals and the Hapoel keeper starts wasting time. How will you feel?
  12. Aye. I think Lehmann plays in the EPL and the CL and Almunia plays in both the domestic cup competitions. Weird setup Wenger has got going on with the keepers.
  13. The Lehmann booking was hilarious, it was so obvious and blatant. After the game Wenger was told by the interviewer that Lehmann would miss the Carling Cup Final. Wenger smirked and said "That's OK cause ee wasn't going to play anyway".
  14. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/6354263.stm I liked his as a player, didn't always perform week in week out but always had a few tricks up his sleeve. Anyone remember the wee 360 degrees spin he did at Ibrox down at the touchline or when he stood on the ball to look for a free player?
  15. Any news on how long Tamson's out for?
  16. Quite right too. Wigan got exactly what they deserved yesterday. Wigans goal was a right stoosher though.
  17. Hartley?
  18. Did you see Thierry Henry after Arsenal equalised? Serves Kirkland right for wasting so much time. What about Lehmann getting his own back on Wigan by messing about with the ball behind the goals. Hilarious!!!
  19. Apparentely they are Gribz. He's been the mhanks only decent keeper in the last 20 odd year so I'll be glad to see him go.
  20. Burke MOTM?!?!?! He was rotten. Got the ball, trampled on it a few times, gave it away, shat out going by players and generally did fuck all today. I'd give MOTM to Weir. Great signing!
  21. Killie had all the possesion in the 2nd half but we looked pretty bright going forward. They never really threatened and I thought there goal was a foul on McGregor.
  22. I wish I was as confident as you.
  23. Scott Brown to Rangers? http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/display.var.1182350.0.0.php
  24. THOMAS BUFFEL has been ruled out for the rest of the season. The Belgian will shortly undergo surgery to cure a knee injury and will now play no further part in this campaign. He last played in the 1-0 win at Dunfermline on January 21. His enforced absence is another blow to manager Walter Smith who is currently also without Dado Prso, Steven Smith and Andy Webster through injury. Buffel joined Rangers from Feyenoord in January 2005 and has made a total of 81 appearances, scoring 16 goals. http://www.rangers.premiumtv.co.uk/p...978793,00.html
  25. I'll feel sorry for Hamdani if he's dropped on Sunday. He's probably been one of our better performers this season. Looking forward to watching Thomson play though.
