Bergkamp was bought in 1995 for £10M I think. Vieira was bought for under £1M Henry was bought with the money Arsenal got from the Anelka sale and after they bought Henry they still had money left over from the Anelka sale. Wengers 1st title was in 1998 when Henry wasn't there. Man Utd bought Veron, RvN and Ferdinand for just under £80M. Arsenal bought the 3 players you mentioned for about £25M. To compare Arsenal with Man Ure and Chelski is ludicrous. Infact to compare anyone to Chelsea is ludicrous. Teams need to spend big to win things in England and in Europe I'm not denying that but Arsenal have been the smallest spenders to win the league since Leeds in 1992.
