I don't know about use but I put the game on 5 mins before kick off and that’s never happened before! I thought Goldson coming off for Balogun was a good idea ! Yes he had a few dodgy moments let’s call them lack of game time but overall solid allowing Tav to move up field and more or less contributed towards the first goal, Soutar on the other hand was usual with Matondo who is always trying to replicate his two goals previously and lacked any real threat or input , Dessers and John Lundstram were the key men along with Sterling, Diomande has the energy and the pace to play a full 90 mins but JL just lacked the pace towards the 80 mark in which I thought Diomande and Raskin could of caused some more trouble in the midfield if he had stayed on the pitch. If silva wasn’t so desperate to score so many goals then he may have had one but was so blindsided by thinking Dessers was going to score he flung himself forward in a strop and tripped up on his own feet. It’s a step forward indeed and that’s the main thing. The one thing I was concerned about was when PC said he was going to play LB last week instead of CG but LB got injured surely he should of played BD regardless as surely that game against Ross county CG was shocking! Apologies Cantwell was brilliant I thought along with the link up play with Dessers played well today.

🤬 why isn’t Rangers V’s Hearts not on BBC like yesterdays game? I think I know why but any particular reason as to why they say it’s not on BBC.

Whatever happens this Sunday it will be a major task for PC as he will need to go with a new shaped squad or stick to his guns in which may be his down fall as we all know hasn’t worked well with previous managers picking the same squad when they have been playing p#%h. Then why don’t we move TAV to RM as clearly he lacks the pace most times when he is back tracking back to defence ? No doubting his attacking ability so would it not make sense to move him in a midfield role and sterling over on the right his more desirable position? Tav is whether we like it or not our go to man for goals this season and many other seasons as kris Boyd rightly said we can’t be relying on a DR to get us goals. So move him up into a more attacking role.

I thought sterling played a goodish game but I also wondered why he wasn’t switched to a more DM/CM role at half time and put Barisic on tbh. Butland solely on his double safe.

Jack - Wright - Goldson- Roofe- Barisic . I would love to see Silva get a CF Role tbh before I make my mind up on his loan being a failure as he is good at one v one/Two etc.

I know him and J S made near identical passes at some point in the game! Yes they were better than the last game against Ross county but still shocking, our midfield had no depth and PC brings on a triple change when the midfield needed a bolster, What’s up with Raskin has he said something to the management that they don’t like, As him and Todd has a fair chin wag coming on at half time? Players looked Flat and lacking confidence that doesn’t just happen over night especially with the form we have been having lately.

Raskin needs to come on here as much as I like JL he isn’t his usual self looks run down.

Let’s see how this pans out! Anyone watching the Barca game with that young 17 year old defender? I’m not saying we have anything like that class but surely there must be someone who is playable in the youth setup? Robbie Fraser he is a young promising talent.

I’m forever hopeful we will win the League at Parkhead, also like a few of us have discussed on here recently the defence needs a major facelift, That young player who played at left back I think it was in a European tie give him a shout if Ridvan is still not fit, Sterling as we all know is so versatile and can play anywhere so another option, as for CG & JS they are still concussed or something as they were shocking against Ross county, No harm in adding Davies and Balogun or one of them at least? If we can sort our defensive issues and take it to the wire then I’m hopeful the day in parkhead will be ours. No surrender

Should the pitch at Dens Park again be deemed unplayable or likely to be unplayable, the game will be moved to McDiarmid Park, Perth, with an 8pm kick-off on Wednesday, April, 17. I have to say Todd just purely on his never give up attitude and fighting for more or less every ball up until the final whistle.

Balogun:Vs CG I think at this moment in time with Goldson playing bad With Baloguns ability to play both as a center-back and a right-back provides tactical flexibility allowing Tav to move further up the field. Davies Vs JS Davies adaptability allows him to slot into different defensive roles seamlessly. Whether it’s a back three or a traditional back four, Davies adjusts well, Yes JS does the darting runs up field but in recent games we have looked vulnerable at the back! I honestly couldn’t tell if they would work together JS and LB or BD & CG but something needs to get mixed up. Let’s hope Ridvan comes back soon as BB was shocking and Sterling had to step in.
