  1. They don't give a source but I give it credence. They also report that the administrators have passed a dossier of information to Strathclyde Police and this has been confirmed by Strathclyde Police.
  2. Stv now reporting that unpaid tax since CW's takeover amounts to 15 million not the 9 previously reported.
  3. It was 2 shares gifted to Rangers around 1910, a scrip issue saw the original shares divided into 8 and so into 16 shares.
  4. It's another example of the actions of a guy who knows the price of anything but not it's value. I had read of this shareholding in the past but just took it as as an example of friendship between two football clubs.
  5. As I understand it the administrators have said that February's expenses will be met. What about after that?
  6. Frankie, I agree that path, is not the Ranger's path and I hope we can regain our good name.
  7. His family are down there and it was always on the cards that he would end up back at Everton. He is is a guy that remains respected by supporters of every club he played for and I for one hope he enjoys success at Everton.
  8. Let's cut to the chase. Are we going to be deeper in the mire now or less? I'm confused, really confused and won't really appreciate elliptical comments. Bluntly, this is torture.
  9. Oh Deary, deary me!
  10. Lennon is unable to accept that celtic can be beaten, any defeat means that they must have been cheated. Yet again he has displayed his complete lack of class! Would it be worth the effort to nominate them for the Guiness Book of Records for getting papped out the same European competition TWICE in the same season? I've never heard of any other club "achieving" this distinction.
  11. I'm sure I saw a comment by Alan Stubbs somewhere to the effect that: never mind off the pitch, we couldn't match Rangers on the pitch. Anybody else seen it?
  12. Well said Ally.
  13. I watched that press conference on line and also couldn't hear the questions being asked, thought I detected the dulcet tones of Jim Traynor. If it was him, he appeared to be asking a question which will require a considerable amount of forensic accounting to answer properly and he should have known that. On the whole I took it as a positive, always providing no more "issues" are uncovered.
  14. Wasn't aware of that. I came across it and thought it might be relevant.
  15. They now have to win by at least 10 pts.
  16. From the little I remember about floating charges I'm not sure if this link is relevant or not. http://vvv.scotslawrtoughts.bullshitpress.com
  17. Now I'm really confused! I was sure, along with many others that CW was the lead creditor. How did Close Leasing supplant him?
  18. So, it's a tough ask then.
  19. Apparently some 9 million pounds in taxes unpaid since last may. The source is Douglas Fraser of the bbc on Twitter. You can tell he's enjoying this.
  20. Reinforces the suspicion that Aministration was always the objective.
  21. Now the real game starts I think.
  22. His track record is pretty good though.
  23. Don't know for certain but I reckon audited accounts are a prerequisite for us to obtain a licence to play in europe.
  24. You can find Misa Sher on twitter at @misasher
