I've got to be honest here...but I think this has dragged on for far too long, I thought this scenario we find ourselves in today would have happened well before yesterday. Strange as it may seem, but I have this sense of relief we are where we are right now. The ball is rolling.

Would it not be better to receive a punishment like Livingston FC got handed i.e. thrown into the 3rd division? What's the point in playing in the SPL without a hope of winning it and no chance of European fitba'. I'd rather the smaller clubs in Scotland to benefit from our fans cash than that f**kin lot in the SPL.

Lafferty's problem in the past is that he wasn't a first pick in his preferred position, things have changed now and he must be bursting to get fit and be pivotal in our quest for 55. I cant wait for the big guy to recover he's gonna be very influential over the last 10 games or so. Basically he was key to 52, 53 & 54.

As I've said in another thread on here, why in the name of fcuk would Jela even bother to come out and say what he has after he got his dream move to the EPL? He sounds to me to be a man of principle, and I believe him.

I'll settle for any of the above, my recent predictions have been lets just win the game, but after last weeks demolition of Hibs I'm gonna push the boat out and say 4-0 - another Davis double, Healy & Edu.

The muck and shite that has spread over national papers and on TV over recent months regarding Rangers along with the unprecedented 'non signings' in the transfer window (we did get Celik) paints a horrible picture of Rangers doomed to failure, the anti-Rangers thing has been running for years now, even Walter has jumped on the bandwagon and made his feelings known by talking about going back to a pre-Souness scenario. It's really all doom and gloom isn't it? I'm angry about it all, but I've been angry for years now about the goings on at my beloved club, but we always seem to come out the other side. I would like to know what other fans think, my conclusion is that Rangers will go on and lift this title against all odds, after all we have been doing it in adversity for as long as I can remember. The triumphant side of 2008-09 who shut the mhanks up and destroyed their 4-i-a-r dream - the 2009-10 side who were labelled the 'worst' Rangers side (mainly by the dhims) the same team who went down to 9 men thanks to a crap ref in a cup final and still lifted it. Come 2010-11 The Bheasts were the bookies favourites, Rangers bagged 3iar Even in the League Cup Final we were the underdogs going into it against the scum, in extra-time we weren't given a prayer but guess what? We WON. I know no team can go on forever, but I have a feeling this team has something left in the tank and can produce another sting in the tail. Here's to 55.

I just think that anyone at Rangers using the 'lame' excuse of Euro '12 a reason for Jelavic wanting out is ridiculous. If Jelavic was good enough he would make any squad in that competition. I remember that same 'excuse' being flouted from Rangers when Cuellar left us. Fact is these players were sold to cash in and subsequently sold for profit and profit only. I believe Rangers have become a selling club who make up the proverbial lame excuse for it and some players namely Jelavic has come out and said it. Jelavic could have kept his mouth shut and basked in his EPL move he 'so wanted' according to certain quarters but he's not that sort. The situation at Ibrox is in question - more so after the recent goings on. And I for one wouldn't use quotes from daily rags like the 'sun' it shines out from it's arse.

So far it's had 13 offers - all declined - a wee bit like Rangers transfer dealings in January.

McCoist has stated he's no quitter. The way he is being treated by owner Whyte is an absolute disgrace and it says a lot for Coisty that he wishes to remain in the hot seat. If Ally and the current squad can win that league flag come May then that could be said to be a miracle.

Agree with your statement GA but if Jela wanted to stay and fight for the title but had information that he was going to be punted in January then it's no wonder his heart wasn't in it.

Dont know if this has been posted already, apologies if it has, but Jela is disputing CW's claims that he was a player "who no longer wants to be at Ibrox" He never forced his transfer, he spoke with McCoist and said to him "if the president wants me to stay, I'll stay" Seems CW is not being 100% with the truth, no changes there then.

At the end of day it never really mattered how much we got for 'huffy' Jelavic, cos' Ally wasn't getting any of it anyway.
