As i've already said to you, Kennedy shouldn't have made that kind of declaration if he wasn't if he wasn't willing to give the taxman a lot of his own money. HMRC didn't want to accept a CVA but I've also always said they'd have struggled to turn down 50 million or so.

It's the third division, any SPL standard player would do brilliant for us. Fitness of someone like Kyle is obviously a consideration mind you.

I'd be happy to see games on TV from a fans' point of view, getting to every away game will be difficult with the capacities even if you want to.

We saw how we did in the qualifiers against seemingly lesser teams, I think CL progression was not something on the menu even with a CVA and remaining in the SPL. I assume any winnings from that in October will go to creditors anyway?

A 'year out' for a football club, one our size especially, is not like a student taking a gap year. I accept you never know but it would be incredibly difficult for us to survive such a senario, certainly in the current form of Ibrox being our home, the training ground etc. Not playing football this season really could be the end, fans would need to start an amateur side for there to be a Rangers, no more Ibrox or league football for a long time. I'd rather not take the gamble personally, and get revenge further down the line if we're really shafted.

The Collyer and Bristow case was included in Green's CVA, more chance of that future reward coming true.
