  1. We'd still need to loan him out though wouldn't we? He's not Rangers first team material is he?
  2. But Hibz dont sell to Rangers do they?
  3. I dont agree. Raith Rovers are too far behind Falkirk
  4. There were a couple of times when Miller & McKay were thro on goal & didnt look offside .
  5. Which goal was onside? I was watching in a social club & couldnt hear the commentary very well
  6. He's 21 now & hasnt broken into the Rangers first team. Unless he does so soon he will need to be released. We cant keep players on into their mid twenties who havent established themselves in the first team like we did with Kyle Hutton & Ross Perry
  7. Not over til the fat lady sings as they say......although after hibz losing again tonight I believe she's making her way to the stage now
  8. Ultra good news for Falkirk ?
  9. I'm not convinced there's anything in this Harry Winks story. Just the daily rhebel making up stories again methinks
  10. Aberdeen are nowhere near as good as some would have you believe
  11. Bluffing ? Westminster owns the Bof E. The main UK political parties made it abundantley clear an independent Scotland would not use sterling & get the Bof E as its Central Bank. Yet the SNP continued to say the opposite during the referendum Which one do you believe? I know which one I believe
  12. We will need to step up a level for next season though(assuming we get promoted of course)
  13. Sign him. He wouldnt cost much & his wages wouldnt be too much Put him out on loan. See how he develops. Nothing ventured. Nothing gained
  14. Of course you can use any currency you want but without that currency's Central Bank it is pointless. If an independent Scotland had used sterling it would not have had the BofE as its Central Bank( lender of last resort). It couldnt run at any deficit & wouldnt be able to borrow on international markets. Zimbabwe uses the USD. Panama uses the USD. Do you want Scotland to be like these countries?
  15. I think we just have to write off last night and hope it doesnt happen again soon. That said it wasnt the first time this season we created a barrowload of chances & didnt take them
  16. I'm not convinced that getting players on loan with little or no first team experience is what we need
  17. The £15bn is not 'meaningless' as you suggest. Scotland's deficit percent of GDP is higher than that of Greece.
  18. As a consequence of one game? This team will get us promoted but will need seriously strengthened in the summer. MW knows that & has already been making plans to do just that. As for Arsenal I have to disagree completely. i think Wenger past his best a decade ago and many managers in the EPL have had his number for some time now. How he'sstill there I don't know.
  19. And let's take nothing away from Falkirk tonight. They kept at it when they were 2-0 down & I've always maintained the most important appointment a club makes is its manager. I've always said someone like Peter Houston should have replaced WS when he left in 2011. Instead we wasted three and a half years with McCoist and only got back on track last summer when we got MW. We're still in a very commanding position but tonight may be the reality check some of us were needing.
  20. Thats why I think you'll see half a dozen new arrivals in the summer. This team needs to improve 50 percent if it is to challenge for the title next season
  21. A third goal would have finished Falkirk tonight. We had plenty opportunities to get it before they scored their first and that's got to be a worry. Taking off Miller & McKay ( who had both been playing well) wasnt a good move IMO. I'm still not convinced we're as good as we need to be up front & that needs addressed at the end of the season. Miller isnt the player he was and can't go on forever. And CLark will almost certainly leave in the summer meaning we'll need to bring in strikers. I was also disapointed to lose three goals in such a short space of time too. That's also a worry and sometimes in a game like that rowZ is the better option than trying to play out from the back. Tavernier is starting to make elementary errors which will definitely get punished next season in the top flight moreso than the Championship. However we simply must regroup & get this over the line. Then we can start planning for next season in earnest.
  22. Complacency after being 2-0 up is the word I'd use for tonight.
  23. I think the one thing we've learned tonight above all else is how this current Rangers team can go from being exceptionally good to being poor in such a short space of time in a game. I've never known any Rangers team to be like this as far as I can remember.
  24. Lets get over it. Think positively.......Stubz will be raging tonight
