From having a glut of midfielders we now appear to be struggling. I think Pedro is almost forced to pick Miller and hope that Windass turns up, as I am sure he will go with two wide players and Morelos through the middle.

Speaking to a wee Mexican chap out here about Pena, he said he has the quality but it all depends on if he can cope with the physical side of Scottish football, said he has had some trouble with his wife but never really said too much other than that.

This thread actually highlights why it's not all pedros fault as some would claim. Half of us want to park the bus and half of us don't but we all fear a doing.

If Pedro had got us playing better we wouldn't be so worried.

Pena was a big gamble for Pedro. Hasn't the guy been out on loan for the last 2 years? But I agree that we must start playing him unless his attitude is not right.

Murty showed the way to play against Celtic when you are lacking the players to match Celtic individually. Pedro watched that game but unfortunately did not adopt the tactics in the SCSF and particularly the game at Ibrox. We may have better players now but we must fight for every ball and give 100% to have a chance.

I fear that we have not moved on much under Pedro. Scottish football is dire. In Scotland we are dominated by a Celtic team who are not that good. I'm afraid that the players we have are not good enough to even get second in this league, Bloody hell I'm depressed

You can quite easily do that in Scotland

Young players have the best chance to succeed when they play in good established sides with good experienced players beside them. Rangers have not met that criteria for some time.

Regarding Walker they need to unload him because firstly he doesn't want to be there and secondly if they don't they will get a fraction of the asking price next window or absolutely nothing the window after that. And since it would appear O'Halloran wont get another game for us a swap deal might be the way to go.

 

Heartz may go for that especially since he seems to be doing well at SJ.

Pedro definitely won't last a year if we fall well behind Aberdeen and maybe others as we move into November/December.
