  1. Wilson out of position twice lost goal and nearly a second. Looked poor with ball at feet tried the same thing over and over without getting anywhere. Long balls went mainly out the park or straight to them. Got caught in possession twice . Was outpaced in the first 5 mins when the attacker just shrugged him out the way and put it past the post.
  2. Kicked the ball out the park 5 times under no pressure. Hesitated to dive at the attackers feet and got himself hurt through cowardice.
  3. The plan looks superb. The manager is fantastic. Think I have a man crush on travernier! Halliday was far better than I thought he would be. Very impressed. Law looks far better in this line up. Unfortunately he doesn't have the players this year. Whoever said Kiernan and Wilson were good with the ball at their feet has been drinking the coolaid.the keepers a donkey. Bell will be number 1. We don't look like scoring. Don't see even 30 goals out the front 3. All in, things look very very good in the long run. Short term we have big problems.
  4. I keep lining them up mate you keep knocking them out the park!
  5. Since a club can be adversely effected with reduced ticket sales etc they should get more money.
  6. Is Eustace fit enough for a half.
  7. Gutted to see Gallagher there. Thompson and McKay must be in first team.
  8. Is that not thingy from the board on the left? Tennants guy
  9. anyone offering £400k for law? Would take £200k!
  10. Is he better than holt? Not for me especially not at £400k
  11. Not having representation for the largest single group of customers? idiocy at its best.
  12. £400k for both is outstanding business. Would have expected more for travernier alone
  13. first thought i had when i seen them was "no wonder law thinks foderingham is some keeper!"
  14. someone with time on their hands should count the percentage of tickets within scottish football that are bought by Rangers fans(home and away) and how much of tv audience by percentage watched games that Rangers contested. Then they can send it to whatever moron wrote that piece and ask who is doing more for scottish football?
  15. we've even got they wee mini goal things. Imagine how many clark can miss into them!
  16. would imagine the budgets available would rise in consideration each year and one off purchases or expenses would be highlighted as beneficiaries in the short to medium term. In the end just tricks for accountants, money goes into the youth academy one way or another, it might just be a little delayed and via emergency needs!
  17. its the lunch orders mate.
  18. any indication of who is in the youth squad going to Ireland?
  19. lost with this comment....... Another is that amnesia won’t have kicked in enough for them to think Rangers have done enough to earn a place at the top table, irrespective of Robertson’s popularity as an individual. dont we do enough by carrying the tv deal pretty much on our shoulders? maybe we should send out the viewing figures as Mr Robertsons running agenda
  20. interesting he says in the press conference that he has staff as well as players in mind.
  21. James Tavernier will be a great signing and should fit right in with the way Warburton talks about us playing. delighted with this. Waghorn must admit know nothing about, still happy to see a striker coming in.
  22. It doesnt take a magic wand to get players of decent calibre in before the season begins. Hard graft only gets you so far, if hard graft was enough crawford would be a first team regular. He can work that squad to death, it still aint going to cut mustard. Needs a massive overhaul of a higher quality not similar. I think Warburton is the man to take us forward everything else he is doing and saying is spot on. It may just take a quick sharp shock at the standard required to do so on the player front, think burnley and hibs will give him just that.
  23. why change how we as a fan base has always been? Our high demands as fans has moulded our club and set in place what is expected and demanded. Has it not moulded us into the club we are? the most successful domestic team in the world. Patience allows for defeat, that has never been our way and in my opinion never should.Common sense should prevail, and having a starting 11 that is expected to win the league at a canter this season should be statutory to that . Hopefully some of the newer transfer rumours are true as they would be a marked improvement.
  24. what ally did has no relevance. He had no choice but to sign players we had none. The sources for the players remain the same as when ally signed those players. Think 3 so far are through violafc, that has more relevance than the time frame All teams buy players during pre season before their games begin its not a new idea or harmful for anyone else. Time does not equate with quality that is just a line being pushed through the media that has no basis. If taking his time brings quality then why are the signings so poor? If we had signed 3 quality signings there would be no reason to worry. So far he has taken his time and still signed mediocre players. The players on trial are still mediocre but getting contracts by the looks of things even though time has been taken. The players if any are signed later once the games start on Saturday, have also not had a pre season to help them fit into the team and the structure Warburton is trying to encourage, not advantageous when talking about maximizing quality. hopefully the signings he wants come through and don't get poached as we dawdle.(He mentions other teams bidding for the players we want and pushing up the price in the interview yesterday for example)
