Ally loses the plot again

Seems very unlikely. Neither our management nor medical team have good judgement either. As I say, I do not know any other footballer who has gone years without a match and made a successful return -

He is quoted in the article as wanting to sign him. -

I tell you what Zappa, Sebastian Deisler retired from the game in 07 but is only 34. Could be worth a punt ! -

I'm more of a fifa man. Was addicted to CM and FM as a kid but not played it properly for a few years. CM 01/02 was where the magic was at (or was it 00/01?) I just watch football all the time. I study it and am engrossed by it. I love watching different styles, different philosophies. Then I also watch us. -

You deserve to be banned for that. If the footballers, match officials and supporters saw fit to continue I think I am entitled to comment on the excellent spectacle that followed. -

You ask how I know he is finished? Perhaps it is the fact he has played one game in 4 years, and no player in the history of the game has ever missed years of football and re-established his career. -

Just looking at his stats again, he hasn't actually regularly played since 07/08! Why are we even having this conversation! -

Craig Gordon will go into the Guiness Book of Records I think if he somehow manages to reignite his career after a multiple year break. It has never been done and I doubt it ever will. I'm not sure where on earth you are getting this idea that clubs down south want him, unless you are privy to something I'm not. -

Are you trolling? I'd be surprised if he ever plays another professional football match even for a team like montrose. He is finished. If he has these glorious suitors where are they? -

I think if you watched our matches and didn't just read the stats you might have an altogether different view. Us racking up wins in the third tier of Scottish football is like sticking Floyd Mayweather into a primary school boxing competition and rejoicing over his victories. -

Based on what? How is he suddenly going to have recovered? Can you provide me with an example of any footballer in the history of the game who has played 1 match in 4 years and gone on to play regularly? It is utterly absurd. -

He was an excellent keeper 4 years ago when he was playing football. -

If ever there was proof we are the same club, take a look at our signing policy, scouting, coaching, youth development et al. -

Oh we knew he was the worst manager in our history long ago. The question now is how compos mentis he is. -
Is it 1 game in 3 or 4 years? Perhaps it is as a scout because his career ended years ago.

Old Firm clash could be staged in Dubai
Ser Barristan Selmy replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
A Napoli fan possibly shot dead tonight, three others injured. I think in comparison we are not that bad. We only get a good atmosphere away to the likes of Aberdeen, home or away to the tims and also big games in Europe. Football is sanitised enough and the old firm rivalry is about the only good thing the Scottish game has left. It is the only thing that gets any interest out with Scotland. We should both be allowed to sing what we want aside from IRA chanting. -

Game, set and match Mertens Napolo 3-1. Fans going absolutely mental. I love Italian football. -
Our signing policy is based on players the manager knows i.e. players in our league or who we come up against. Or recommendations from agents. There in lies your answer. I get the impression none of our managerial team have much knowledge of world football and as a side note I highly doubt any of them are watching the Italian Cup Final that is currently live on TV. I bet the Mourinhos and Rodgers of the world are engrossed by it pouring over every detail. when was the last random unknown player we signed that was a success? I can't think of anyone. The tims seem to be pretty good at it.

Man City's highest paid executive was on circa £400k for 12/13. Man City, the team full of top players earning £200k per week.

I should add that the fan is critically injured, not yet dead. -

That aside, been a decent match so far in fairness! -
So in other words he will always get it and he cannot fail. He'll be gone soon anyway
