    You've misunderstood what I'm saying. I acknowledged that Park identifies the players. I'm saying they don't regress under Lennon and get sold for profits. Also, Park will identify any number of players and it's up to Lennon who he chooses. I think I need a wash because I feel like I'm being pro-Lennon here. I really, really hate this man, I need to add that. He makes me sick. But he's a much better manager than what we have, as is every SPL manager.

    John Park? He identifies the players but unlike Ally they don't seem to regress and they get sold for considerable profits eg Wanyama.

    He was often the same with us but those goals would prove decisive for us because when we are back in the SPL we will unlikely be winning games that comfortably even against weaker opposition. Even next season will be a struggle, bearing in mind we struggled through most of the last 2 seasons. 25-30 goals a season from Boyd will be invaluable. Remember we once spent £12m on Flo and Boyd had a much better goal ratio in his time here.

    Signing players that excite us isn't something we have done much of in the last 10 years. With no scouts, no money and Ally's lack of ability, Boyd shouldn't require a second thought

    He showed in England, Turkey and the MLS that in the grand scheme of things he really isn't very good. He has continuously showed in the SPL that he is very good at that level though. Even if he doesn't do that great against the top 6 and there's no point ever starting him in Europe, he will still get you 25-30 a season. Given our manager has barely signed any good players and we have no scouts, he is definitely the best we will get in the next couple of years. For that reason we should be doing everything we can to get him. His poor all round play is largely irrelevant because you can say the same about most of our time, particularly Daly. In fact Boyd is better out the box than Daly, Daly just seems ready to retire.

    I am ever increasingly doubting this. Smart perhaps in that he can get a near £1m salary for a while while being useless. Continuing to earn near £500k. What do Europa League level managers earn? The Malmo (albeit CL qualifier) and Maribor level?

    I reckon you are wrong as ever. With regard to Simonsen he displayed such a lack of pace that I don't think he's fit enough to continue at any level. It is normally irrelevant for a keeper but he's the slowest pro I've ever seen.

    In fairness Lazio have had a lot of poor players in the last 10 years and he is one of them. Though fair to say he must have been an awful lot better in his pomp Also, Simonsen is not fit to play professional football.

    I won't argue for him, I hate the man. I see evidence to the contrary though. I'm not sure what can possibly change next year, they'll win the league at a canter again, and post profits again. While Ally spends £13m on wages alone to take us up the the worst leagues in European football, they continue to make net profits. We could have won the league this year with out u20 team and stockpiled cash. They almost won the league at a higher level. C'est la vie. Few of them might have developed into real players ready to make a real mark in the SFL1 and SPL. Instead we only have Aird and Macleod developed from our youth while playing part-timers. Scandalous. Players like Daly should be driven out of Ibrox.

    It's not just about bigging players up. Lennon's no Mourinho but he is capable of developing players and pushing them on, Ally is the reverse.

    He was quality back in the day before he got injured. No idea how he fairs now, literally no idea. I have not watched a single SPL match this season and know nothing about the league.

    Remember it took us months to win a game in the third division away from home? I see a similar thing happening home and away next season. We probably will win the league, but it will be a long season.

    Tbh the official merchandise that isn't branded by our kit supplier has always been woeful. Two problems though - firstly, they are actually publicising this stuff on facebook, secondly the gear we have with Puma is just as bad.

    He played well against Dundee United. To be honest I can't really comment otherwise. I find it very hard to concentrate and watch us. There is only so much one can take before they lose interest. I always watch us but my mind wanders and I end up spending more time on my phone. Back in the day I would be so engrossed watching us that I couldn't take my eyes off proceedings until half-time
