Apart from bitter tims and SPL fans that hate us, I doubt many criticised us playing negatively against such sides. Apart from opposition players like Messi who were hardly going to praise us. The problem with us is we just started playing 5-4-1 v any old team in Europe and it's embarrassing to be such cowards. We pretty much always play negatively, Chelsea don't. A key difference with Chelsea is they don't play route 1 football. You very rarely see a Jose Mourinho side aimlessly punt the ball up the park, whereas our sides of recent years do it all game. Regarding Mourinho, he has 16 out of 18 points v the top 4 this season.

Ultimately what you need to pay attention is who the major shareholders are at the club. Until they change this situation will not improve.

Thanks, I don't read the papers and hadn't seen it online. Will be a waste of a wage - he will be here to defend the board not the club.

Mourinho has spent about £40m or so net since joining. Much less than Man Utd and Man City and not much more than Arsenal, Southampton and Cardiff.
-
I would like actual tangible people running the club as opposed to faceless corporations who have no interest in football or the club.
-
There's absolutely no chance of him being worth anything like that. If that was the case he'd be one of the richest men in Scotland and regularly appearing in rich lists. I think it is fair to say he is small time.
-
We also cannot let the current jokers have a free reign because they are already achieving likewise.
-
If he turns the club around then yeah, he should get a reasonable bonus tantamount to his success. Has he turned the club around? No - so why is he collecting a bonus?
-
Man City coasting this match now. I don't see them winning the rest of their games though.
-
GW's opinion is worth nothing now. Admits the club is a financial mess yet thinks he deserves a huge bonus. Unbelievable. He doesn't really hold any power. Just a puppet and will be moved on before long.
-
Palace are in the form of their lives and could just beat both Man City and Liverpool. Probably have the best defence apart from Chelsea at the moment.
-
What we need is new owners, not a new board. They will just keep putting in new puppets and the gullible fools in our support will lap it up.
-
Mourinho is easily the greatest manager of all time. Just a shame we have dropped so many points against all the crap teams. We have barely dropped a point to the top 6.
-
Inclined to think this Liverpool side would be the worst to ever win the Premiership. Then I remember how pish Man Utd have been for years.
-
Looks like another Mourinho masterclass. Hope to see Chelsea making decent signings and playing more attacking football next season though.
-
We look like we are parking the bus. Don't see the point, have nothing to lose. If we get a win and Liverpool lose to Palace, we win the league as long as City don't get 100%
-
Credible alternative? A bit of snot in a jar would be a credible alternative to what we have.
-
The same owners run the club. When things go tits up again they'll just get new puppets in and all the gullible fools will be blaming the old board.

Ally concerned with opposition next season

I really think you should get off your high horse because it's those who have been championing Ally for the past couple of years who are the clueless ones. You are also not fit to comment on the games given how rarely you watch any of them. PS - Feel free to go out for a cycle when we are playing, just don't come on afterwards acting all superior about something you don't know anything about. -
Last season Man Utd might have been champions but that was just because the rest were so poor and nobody provided a credible challenge. No chance re: Mourinho. That's laughable! He's managing one of the top elite teams in the world, why would he manage a useless team that needs rebuilt from scratch? He is at Chelsea for the long haul. Regarding Moyes, it's easy to forget he spent almost £65m at Man Utd. Not a huge amount to them but it makes them one of the highest net spenders in Europe this season. He had bad luck on Fellaini because he was one of the best players in the Premiership. He excelled latterly in an AMC role though and what Man Utd really need is quality in the middle of the park. It's not the first time we've seen a player look good at a lower club then struggle at a big one, happens all the time in Scotland.
