Maybe he needs better help from those around him like a couple of new first team coaches by getting rid of Alex rae and Brian Gilmour and finding better we seem to have rwo assistant managers a manager only needs one assistant they could do with looking at the scouting system they dont seem to bring in much talent

The fans only want a team that plays good football and wins they aren't interested in the manager or the board I don't think no matter how much money you gave him he could do those two things but he's the boards choice

I went for the twenty year old Nsiala only because I like to back young players he might be one who develops into a class act under the right coaching or then again he might be another dud .

I’ve seen it all before but I’ve not seen it this bad most of the players we have are just not up to the job of being a Rangers player they don’t have the pride of pulling on the jersey in total they are not good enough,then we have a manager who if anything is worse than the players he can’t motivate anyone he’s played more or less the same dire formation he seems loathe to give young players a run he’s just written them off instead of trying to improve them so they could be sold for some profit a complete clown that’s all he is .
