    Your head is that deep in the sand that you'll have an Aussie accent soon. Not only that but your attitude and logic is what will ensure the club fades away. The type of logic that has characterised many of the loyal followers of Whyte and Green doctrine. Most of the support want rid of leeching sp.ivs because until this happens our way forward as you put it will be 1 step forward and then 2 back. There are certainly risks everywhere you look but the one sure thing is that if the sp.ivs stay in executive control, they will position assets and extract value until we have faded away.

    The major flaw in your post is that there was no Graham Wallace, office bearer or person from Rangers on hand to fill in the gap and thus it is the journalists job to ask AMcC on the situation, especially in that he has previously been prepared to talk on such matters when it suited. Who is short-changed out of the above is as usual, the supporter and shareholder. Give Wallace a nudge and remind him that his 'Communication & Engagement' initiatives are plastic and laughable.

    Sunday Mail story It would be standard practice for the sp.ivs. X arrives and is pushed as the NEW and HONEST broker who wants transparency, fan engagement and an end to what has gone before (including undeserved bonus culture). Prior to making such an introductory statement, he has already signed a contract with a 100% bonus clause with unclear specification regards trigger(s). He then misleads, lies and achieves 120 days of 'not a lot', x3. He then leaves (very probably) with 100% bonus not wanting to engage with fans or be transparent on the subject. It shows up in 2015 accounts when long gone. (if there is accounts in 2015). Appoint another CEO, this one is the real deal, honest Guv !! This story has other angles regards sp.iv divisions but best for another thread or indeed for later in this one.

    The comprehensive and rounded story on our finances would be longer than 'War and Peace' and yes Waddell has decided to concentrate in one area. However I think it has been done effectively and hits home, opposed to a lot of articles that have tried to juggle various balls and failed. Your point regards wage/turnover ratio is relevant in several different directions and could be the centre point of a different article altogether. A continuation of the Waddell piece, if you like. Agendas Obviously there are some who enjoy sticking the boot in, there are others who do it for effect to provoke stooshies and sell copy, there are those who simply report things as they see them and we don't agree. It is also been shown that this angle has been exploited successfully by various sp.ivs to push their own popularity, take the fans attention from sp.iv activity and have us emotionally invest in a 'regime' (especially Green / this means we start to defend a regime from criticism instead of listening to it). Best to concentrate on whatever facts are out there and not get too caught up with the various 'perceived agendas'.

    The constant bleating about journalistic agendas and fairytale conspiracies takes the focus away from where it should have been years ago. It's now way too late and as Waddell says the forks in the road are marked with only varying degrees of more increased pain.

    I think the Wallace bonus issue (question) is something that can be useful to highlight the way this board operates if done effectively. Supporters + Wallace on camera (mobile if necessary) "communication and engagement" with CEO.........come on GW let's have a trial Graham, I'm sure you understand the need of the support for transparency so as to generate some trust and thus begin to solve the biggest problem you have. With this and the 'engagement intiatives' you have been talking about in mind, can I ask you a question.......... The due date for payment of the bonus as per your contract is past, has your bonus been approved or not ? Follow-up may be required to ascertain how much of the bounus has been approved.

    It was the then SFL clubs who voted us into the bottom tier. The SPL clubs voted us out of the then SPL only after the SPL board abdicated the responsibility onto the clubs. Interesting to see the lengths Lawwell is going to regards public excuses and I think this points to the very real pressure he and his club are coming under for the first time in a number of years. He's trying to buy time for Ronnie and to keep the attacks on him at bay. But I think and hope they've got the Norwegian Tony Mowbray in the dugout. The difference being is that he'll win the league anyway and so they might stick with him. The only way we will compete with Celtic in the forseeable is if they come down several levels and they've certainly taken the fork in the road marked South.

    There are many different stages of which scouting is one, allbeit a vital one. You have to consider development, coaching, evaluation, adequate opportunity etc. etc.....only when you have all stages well organised and effective with the right people in charge will you get consistent results.

    If tomorrow you need money to:- - buy them out at the price they'll want which will be more than the market price. - buy out onerous contracts (or continue to suffer them) - sort out all the other nasty surprises - sort out the footballing infrastructure - maintainence work on Ibrox and Auchenhowie and that's without thinking.... I don't think there is anyone willing to go that far.

    The only real solution is tens of millions of pounds or 'offers they can't refuse'. Anything else is varying degrees of pain dependent on what happens......................The claws are in too deep.

    You then simply keep the sp.ivs and their onerous contracts in place, pay what in effect is a sp.iv tax that immediately leaves the club, eventually watch Auchenhowie and Ibrox leave the TRFC balance sheet and the club fade away.

    Add that to 31,175 on a Saturday against Dumbarton and you are looking at around 8K of walk-ups/away support. Now 8K walk-ups wouldn't have been that different from last season. This isn't very good considering that you have around 13,000 who gave up their ST and you'd imagine that 3 to 5,000 would consider attendence game by game, especially at the beginning of the season. Seems to reflect more widespread and general discontentment.

    Same with me ! Unless he's put his ignore list on ignore then hopefully he's looking to take on a wider opinion base in an effort to improve on his consistent but negative record in 'political calls'..................I give him some stick at times but that would have to be applauded.

    De Maria Van Persie Rooney Mata et al manage one shot on target and no goals against Burnley (who win their first point of season) with Scott Arfield in the midfield..............4 competitive games, 2 goals and no wins. Maybe just aswell for LVG that MU didn't get the big guns up front as Moyes did last year. Lets see what Louis has to say..............

    Supporters and how they interact, fund and have been generally ready to consume mislead spin and lies have certainly had a lot to do with why we are where we are. In short, we have been exploited. The "scenario" as you call it has been set-up by SDM and subsequently exploited by more blatant sp.ivs. To try and lay the blame and only talk of supporters is as unbalanced as a Real Madrid v Forfar cup-tie.

    I heard this a couple of months ago through generally good sources. That is a LONG way away from saying anything will actually happen. You also have to consider that whatever rootsource this came from may or may not have an agenda themselves and of course the situation is very much fluid.
