  1. Newcastle United owner tightens "vice-like grip"... Ahh reporting at it's best, I stopped buying newspapers when they went up to 2d
  2. With respect chilledbear...Ibrox has always had a guaranteed support, the dad taking his kids with grandpa proudly following along. ..that's what I've always found at Ibrox and long may it continue. The neds and troublemakers have been there for as long as I can remember.
  3. Some of our players probably deserve criticism over the course, Darren McGregor certainly doesn't. ...but as usual SC finds time to sit on his PC and have a go... Makes me sad and so so angry. SC go take a break and give us all one mate.
  4. The Rhecord again with their typical rubbish headline. Sandy/King...what about Sandy/Dave or Easdale/King? I didn't even bother to read it, but felt I should stick this post in....ach well:confused:
  5. Brother Wilfred, he founded them as a means of raising funds for the poor and deprived in the east end of Glasgow. They've even got a statue of him outside the State Aid Arena.
  6. Maybe if Mohsni had came on with 2 mins to go Celtic would have appealed on East Fifes behalf:D
  7. When Rangers accepted Mohsni's 2 game ban this was increased to 3 matches due to his red card in the pre-season friendly against Derby County, it was widely reported in the media at the time he'd miss the Livi, Raith Rovers and the Challenge Cup tie with East Fife. I see he was listed as a substitute against East Fife although he didn't come on, I'm sure he's only served 2 matches, can anyone confirm the ban only applies to league matches meaning he's suspended for this weekends Dumbarton match?
  8. The changes aren't too drastic, Friday night football I've taken to and Sat lunch time KO's are something we've been well used to. It's the Sunday and Monday games I'm not keen on.
  9. I think he hates Rangers winning and would rather see us lose for some strange reason or another - Personally speaking of course.
  10. I had no idea who this bloke was until I 'googled' him...what a nasty little man he was!!!
  11. Maybe a change in manager would be best for the squad, better to pay him off than give him money to spend on it.
  12. I'm off to bed now feeling tired now (thank f'ck some might say) Follow Follow is our proud motto which I stand by. If you don't Follow Follow then you aint no Bear.
  13. He's rich and looking to make himself richer while us fans sit back and enjoy CL games and adding trophies to the well endowed cabinet. Why can't you revel in that?
  14. Maybe so, and it may well be an accurate picture you present. only Rangers as a club moving forward is all that interests me and Ashley with all his money looks the best option. But no doubt you'll find something to change my mind.
  15. I look across the city and see what can be reached with a biscuit tin attitude, I look down South and across Europe and see what can be achieved with sugar daddy's running the show, football is dominated with rich bloke's looking for a 'fix' while running a top football club and the attention that goes with it, invites to special dinners and such are irresistible to these types, they all want a place at the top table and Rangers arguably are a bigger club than most of them. Maybe Ashley is looking for that table since he's already reached 'elite' status on other fronts. Newcastle will never give him that ticket. One day all these 'rich' clubs will get passed on to who wants to play the game when their owners get 'fed up' and look for other ways to enjoy their leisure. This will go on and on and it's imperative we get on board.
  16. I don't understand why any successful businessman would want to touch Rangers other than the potential we have. It's only potential though
  17. Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man C, and others do the hampering imo a virtually impossible mission for Newcastle whereas only a relatively weak Celtic stand in Rangers way, no?
