I agree with this; he's looked quite bright. Barker and Jones should be cut loose. (I still feel like Hastie is a youngster, but I don't think he is. We've not seen much of him at all; it's a strange one.) I think having a pacy winger around can be useful. I remember when we beat Motherwell early last season, Jones started--out of nowhere!-- and had a key influence on the game. I think Middleton could be useful in some situations. Saying that, I don't think he'll play much.

Incidentally, the Real Madrid fans were slating Marcelo's performance.
