  1. I'm not taking anything away from him. I think he is excellent, and I agree he still has to put the ball in the net from the penalties. However scoring penalties has never been seen as a prerequisite for an out and out striker. Scoring a sufficient amount of goals (without penalties) has been for a Rangers striker.

Don't use big fancy words with me anchor im from possil lol...

  2. I dont see either Miller or Waghorn as 'out and out' strikers despite Waghorn's impressive goals tally (albeit with a big chunk of penalties in there). An out and out striker with us should easily be on 20 plus goals at this stage of the season, without penalties. Although I still really like Waghorn.

I agree anchor Miller is more in the midfield than in the box and don't forget waggy still has to score the pens. Without waghorn we would be about third in the league. He's been excellent from day one....

  3. If it was the league I would have expected ball to go.

Reading between the limes from th tone of oduwa's goodbye I would guess we have terminated the deal.

With forrestor and most likely ohalleron in and Templeton coming back from injury he's probably surplus to requirements

Temps isn't getting a new contract according to him...

  4. My wife was a waitress at the Normandy at that time and I drank in the place. Champagne was a regular order for him and whatever crowd of lassies he had with him. His favourite record was Belfast by Boney M.

Big DJ was a whoremaister back in those days Pete lol...

  5. Getting the MacKay contract sorted out is for me more important than signing O'Halloran.

Well let's hope he doesn't get too big for his boots like the first time when he broke into the first team time4change. But I can't see that happening. When you think of all the young players who left us how many can you say has made a name for themselves? ....exactly..

  6. My main criticism is that he seems to tail off when reading stuff. Starts very loud (jolting awake everyone around me) and then by the end of the sentence, he's mumbling.

I'd imagine the fella is maybe still a bit nervous and he'll improve with more games.

He should get Andy Cameron to give him a few tips lol...

  7. I like law he's solid and can bring goals but we've not had the best of Nicky I'm positive there's a lot more to come from him. Last season he was an automatic choice and he knew we never had anyone to replace him but under warbs he knows that isn't going to happen and will have to play really well to keep his place in the team..

  8. Didn't work out but I wish the lad all the best.

Oduwa clearly has a lot of talent but, at this moment in time, perhaps lacks the discipline and awareness to make a genuine difference to a first team on a consistent basis. However, I'd be surprised if such virtues don't come with the experience he will hopefully find elsewhere.

It's all down to Scottish football Frankie up here it's 120 mile an hour and the tackling is of junior football standard. The last player from spurs who mastered our rough and tumble tactics was Graham roberts. Our style suited robbo to a tee...

  9. Of course mate...but without being pumpernickel you compared him to McKay too which was taking it too far :D

Last season you couldn't have compared Barrie McKay to anyone he was stinking with an attitude and don't forget Mark Walters came to us an experienced pro...

  10. Can you point to where I said he wasn't allowed to play here ? Didn't think so. There are far, far worse players than Oduwa who are currently playing in the English pro leagues.

Spurs currently keep bringing on a young player as a sub his name escapes me or I can't pronounce it lol but anyway oduwa is better than him...

  11. Here is a radical idea, ban all away fans from every home game, at every club in Scotland. That will stop any trouble and the home fan will be safe to watch the game at their home ground in peace, Us Rangers fans won't have to put up with sectarian abuse from away fans at Ibrox, and our travelling support won't be attacked at Parkhead, Pittodrie, Easter Road and other grounds.

Seams a fair and reasonable answer in my opinion, wonder what other clubs think of that idea?

Like it weeblue...and we don't have to listen to our sectarian singing at away games that way we won't get heavy fines we can't afford...

  12. He shattered QOTS but a game or two later Livi nearly shattered him. Never turned it on after that.

His run against raith rovers at ibrox when he was pulled down for a penalty was unbelievable and won't be seen again this season....put it up Scott...
