Referees over the whole world make mistakes. Every team in the whole world thinks referee's are against them. The fact is the game has become too fast for one referee. What they idiots in the champions league do behind the goal beats me. So often they must see what happened but just stand there and look like one of they statue actors. I just think that they have no idea what plan B is and what to do when plan A goes wrong. Yes it was an extremely dubious first post and I was 99% certain it was a wind-up. I opened it again as I have never considered that we would finish lower than 2nd. In fact I had not given up hope of ending 1st. I have now after that display last night. Everything that made us so good last season has gone out the window. We do not press high. When a 4-3-3 don't have the ball they revert to a 4-5-1. The only difference is about 15 yards of field position of the wingers. They are basically the same systems but the wingers push up when they have the ball and drop deep when the opposition have the ball. The fact is you still only ever have 1 striker in the middle of the goal.

I don't see a 4-5-1 being any different to a 4-3-3 to be honest.

Why he took Dodoo off and left Miller on I will never know. Dodoo was the only one who showed any attacking quality and was unlucky to have his goal chopped off. Every substitution is about keeping the system. A winger for winger etc. Garner and Dodoo could have changed the game in a 4-4-2 but no plan B is play plan A better.
