Two things that are maybe worth talking about. 1/3 of the shareholding does not support the boards strategy to raise additional finance. Ashley & Easdale block has opposed the resolutions. Does that mean Res.11 has failed or is that based on last years result. King now says £13m invested in loans by all investors, and £6m worth of shares bought. . #RFCAGM Who bought these shares? Is that the money King paid to buy his shares? Are the club owners of them? If not and they are Kings shares why are they mentioned as an investment into the club when the money would have gone to a 3rd party. .

Yes he was definitely playing RB but I think he had dropped down the pecking order. I am not sure and will check later.

To be honest I think we could have typed that before the meeting. Nothing in there to set the heather on fire. I suppose the result on the resolutions is now the top point.

He somehow won an award at the 2016 football blog awards. Sick phil also won an award so you can smell who votes at these things. Anyway I will post this one blog as I don't really want anyone giving him clicks but I hope we don't give him any more airspace. Having a share issue is probably the only way the board can gather any serious cash. It would seem to me it is extremely important Res.11 gets passed. As far as I know it was beaten by 1.2% last year. I am not a shareholder but seriously think the board need the option to walk down that road. That will be a very tense vote for the club.

I think it should now be clear to everyone that the old board were toxic to Rangers. Anyone who doesn't accept it now wants their head looked at.

Business's need to keep making a profit to keep going. I have no problem with that. Normally that is healthy as it keeps people in work. Beckum is now a company and he is probably only a figurehead. I can understand he wants to see his company grow. This though is not normal business deals. This is surely corruption? I always thought there were laws in place to protect companies from this kind of swindling. Obviously not or the board would have had these people in court 18 months ago. I can understand that the market value is very flexible and a company will try and get the best deal possible but surely the price has to be proportionate to the market value?
