Scotzine is not a good source for reasoned Rangers discussion mate.

Not always true if the boss is in the wrong. i called my boss a foul filthy liar once but he didn't dare report me because I was right and I had trapped him with witnesses. I was stupid enough not to report him and he made my life hell after that. I will also not back down from a boss if i think I am right. Mostly though it is better in a company to roll with the waves and not keep causing friction. I am normally good with bosses but i have had a few that could drink my blood. A boss can make your life a hell.
  3. I agree but then the trick is to push them high up the park and to hunt them in packs as we did last season. that is just not happening this season we are hunting in 1's and 2's and teams like RC are just playing through us.

I can only agree and say that I feel that Burton has not been 100% honestly treated. I get the feeling that this is a story of two men with two blown up ego's who won't stand down. I have just watched a programme about arguing neighbours that won't talk to each other and are actually now teasing each other. that is the feeling I have. I don't think Warburton is the easiest person in the world if you fall out with him.
  5. The warning signs were there when Raith Rovers did it to us last season. Had us all over the place.
  6. Surely Rangers lawyers can use that to discredit his decision as he is showing he is using it for a commercial interest. This guy has a brass neck longer than the m8.
  7. He has not had a chance to prove himself this season as a striker and was well on his way to a high number last season before his injury. He certainly can't do much worse than Garner. He may not be an out and out striker but he is far less of a winger.
  8. Strachan should have called him up against England and put him on for the last few seconds just to tie him up to Scotland just in case he is a super star.
  9. I can understand his frustration as he is our top scorer and is either sitting on the bench or stuck on the wing. not an excuse but if your not happy in your skin it unconsciously affects your play.
  10. The worst thing we did was beating Celtic in the cup semi-final. we woke them up to just how bad they were, and it gave us a faulty picture of where we were. The only thing I will say is that Scottish teams are far fitter than they were before we woke them up with the 6-2 win against Hibs and that run winning with high scores. One thing I have to say about Foderingham is he is a crapper when it comes to high crosses. there was a few crosses yesterday that were no more than 2 meters from the goal-line and he just stayed rooted to the line. He should be looking to attack most balls in the 6meter box. I am not sure how anyone thought Halliday had pass marks I didn't see it that way. the only player on the park with pass marks was the Dutch substitute that came on for Ross.C. He never let 1 cross get into the box and mopped up virtually everything.
  11. I saw a piece over Gilmour and Dembele yesterday that was about how Scotland all of a sudden had 2 talents. Both were in the Background in their Scotland strips with a large super-imposed photo of Dembele in his Celtic strip in the fore-ground. Very dubious indeed.
  12. Rangers want a Premier League loan signing in January but who could Mark Warburton go for? 16:59, 4 Nov 2016 Updated 16:59, 4 Nov 2016 By Alan Clark WE profile the potential targets the Ibrox club could be eyeing ahead of a swoop in the upcoming window. RANGERS were dealt a huge blow when it was confirmed Niko Kranjcar will be out for six months with a cruciate injury. The creative midfielder had been improving week by week and beginning to prove his worth to the Ibrox side. But the Croat's injury, alongside the absence of Joey Barton, has left Warburton with two spaces in his midfield pool from the start of the campaign. Warburton has already spoken of his desire to bring in a loan from the English Premier League in replacement. SNS Rangers manager Mark Warburton Rangers manager Mark Warburton And on Friday he reiterated his desire when he said: "So we’ll look if possible to get a suitable loanee in from the Premier League. "It’s an ongoing process. If the recruiting department are doing their job you have to know your targets. "The likelihood, the availability, fees, costs, wages – any club worth its salt will already have all that information to hand. You might lose a player to a club so you have to have every eventuality covered." So now we know he wants someone in, who could it be? Record Sport Online profile the potential Premier League stars that Rangers may look to acquire on loan in the January transfer window: Harry Winks Linked with a loan switch to Ibrox last summer, Tottenham Hotspur youngster Winks is a player Warburton really likes the look of, that's for sure. And quite rightly, because so does Mauricio Pochettino, evidenced by securing the 20-year-old on a new five-year contract in September. Winks was given his first call-up to the England under-21 squad just yesterday and has 219 minutes under his belt for Spurs this campaign - starting two in the EFL Cup, three brief substitute roles in the league and half an hour across two Champions League ties. Pochettino may be reluctant to let him go out on loan if he is being viewed as back-up in his side, but with the January window coming he may be looking at new additions himself so that could free up the option of Winks getting first-team action elsewhere. Warburton has a good relationship with most of the top sides in the English top-flight and would like to think he could persuade White Hart Lane officials that Rangers in the Premiership would be a good fit for Winks. Gedion Zelalem Rangers fans will know all about Zelalem after a season-long loan spell in the Championship last season - especially his cool-as-you-like penalty finish (and celebration) against Celtic in the Hampden shoot-out. The creative Arsenal starlet came to Ibrox with much expected of him. Heralded as one of Arsenal's top prospects, he didn't quite achieve all that he could have in Scotland, enjoying an impressive first half of the season before being in and out of the side in the second period. Young, gifted and in demand? The European giants you should ignore or sign for if you’re a top talent from Scotland Zelalem showed enough in his time to show that he can be a useful player, capable of unlocking defences with passes and a vision not many players have. A bit like Kranjcar, but without the spectacular goals. His lightweight build was an issue in the Championship and would be again in the top-flight, but his ability to unlock teams who sit behind the ball could tempt Warburton to look at the American under-23 international again. Jake Brimmer An Australian of Maltese ancestry who grew up a Liverpool fan - not everyday you hear that combination. The 18-year-old midfielder is currently impressing in the Liverpool academy having arrived two years ago from Down Under. He hasn't had the experience of being sent out on loan to another club yet, so is inexperienced on that front - but he does have international experience at under-17 and under-20 for Australia. A lively player always eager to get into goalscoring positions, Brimmer may be just the type of young Premier League star Warburton is seeking. And there's no doubt Frank McParland could use his contacts on Merseyside to assist. On the other hand, he may see his lack of game time in a competitive environment a downside when coming into the rustle and bustle of the Scottish Premiership. Joseph Willock A team-mate of Zelalem's and brother to Chris at Arsenal, the stylish midfielder is another highly-rated academy prospect at the Gunners. Capable of playing through the middle or on either flank, Willock is very much of the attacking mindset and would fit into Warburton's system as a replacement for Kranjcar - and would join a growing list of Joseph's at Ibrox. Like Brimmer though, he is just 18 years of age and hasn't had any loan spells in a competitive nature - however neither did Zelalem before his move north. Willock scored for England against Scotland in last year's Victory Shield in what he described as a "special moment" for him. Arsene Wenger could be tempted by any approach from Rangers given the relative success enjoyed by Zelalem in the Championship last season. Aiden O'Neill Another young midfielder that has made the switch from Australia to England to develop his football career, O'Neill plies his trade at Burnley. At the age of just 18, the central midfielder has played 82 minutes of Premier League football already this season over three games, as well as the full 90 minutes and extra time of the Clarets' EFL Cup game against Accrington Stanley. Between now and January, he will feature again in one of the world's hardest leagues and that experience can only help develop a player of that tender age. However,O'Neill has held his own in the substitute appearances he's had. Warburton and Sean Dyche have a well-documented friendship with the English side visiting Ibrox two seasons in a row for a friendly, and Dyche may see the benefit in sending his prospect to Glasgow until the end of the season for experience in a tough environment. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-transfer-news/rangers-want-premier-league-loan-9194480
  13. That is totally correct and that is why Rangers have cancelled the right of Rangers Retail from using the trademarks.
  14. Disagree totally. He can become a doctor at 40 he can't be a footballer at 40. Chase your dream or regret it for ever.
  15. Sorry guys it is 15.20 brittish time I forgot about that.
  16. For those that want to see how young Billy Gilmour and Zac(?) Butterworth are doing. KO 16.20
  17. Respect seems to be the in word in football these days. To be honest even Mr Warburton can go a little bit in overkill when using it. If you watch any of the UEFA championships on the TV an advert is shown at every break about Respect. Respect the referee, respect the players and respect the other teams supporters. Totally correct and that is the way it should be. Unfortunately when we talk about FIFA all talk about respect flies out the window. After 41 years of corruption under João Havelange and Sepp Blatter people were actually starting to think maybe we will get a FIFA we can respect. We all have high hopes that the corruption has gone inside FIFA and the new president Gianni Infantino will lead a clean ship. Then this week they have banned Scotland and England from wearing a poppy on their shirts on a match planned for Armistice day. That respect feeling for them sinks to the bottom of your football boots. A simple gesture on the players shirts to show our respect to the men and women who fought and died in two world wars and indeed wars since then, is considered political by FIFA. What should have been a simple nod of the head to give permission has become world news for all the wrong reasons, pouring bad publicity on FIFA just when they needed a lift. Mr Infantino should earn some of his 2,8 million salary(FIFA) here, and give all British teams their blessing to wear the poppy to respect our lost soldiers. Thankfully UEFA have no problem with teams wearing a poppy on their shirt and Rangers will take to the field against Ross County on Sunday with the deep red flower proudly emblazoned in the middle of the chest. Ross county, nicknamed the staggies, only entered the professional Scottish league setup in 1994-95 season. They stepped up from the Highland league and with being promoted to the SPL in the year Rangers entered the 3rd division, this will be Rangers first ever league visit to Dingwall. Our last visit there was in the League cup 15 years ago when goals by Shota Arveladze and Claudio Reyna gave Rangers a 2-1 win. Our last game against them was this season in the league game at Ibrox where we came up against a dogged Ross County rearguard. With stiff defending and Rangers missing enough chances to win three games, the Staggies managed to walk away from Ibrox with a point as the game finished 0-0. Ross County claim to be one of friendliest clubs in the country so that should make for a tension free visit to the The Global Energy Stadium for our fans and players. The only people they want to see daunted by the thought of entering their stadium is the opposition team. While Rangers will show them the highest respect, hopefully that will end when the referee blows his whistle at 12.noon to get the game underway. Broxi the bear will be hoping they are friendly and happy to see the kick-off as I don't think he will fancy a square go against Rosco the Stag. With Rangers failing to hit form since being promoted, whispers could be heard coming from the shadows over Mr Warburton's capabilities to manage at SPL level. Then all of a sudden last Saturday against Kilmarnock the team put on a performance that was as good as anything we saw even last season. Although the score was only 3-0 it could have been as much as 6, or 7 nil. We got back to that early pressing game and regaining the ball high up the park. All of a sudden players who were off form started to show that they had not forgotton how the Rangers should be playing football. Kenny Miller played like a young puppy and Joe Garner looked as if he could become the striker we have all been hoping for. Michael O'Halloran was also impressive with his speed causing Killie all sorts of problems. While I mention these three the whole team put in a terrific performance. As one sunny day does not make a summer this one result will only stop the whispering if it is backed up by a run of form that eventually detaches us from the rest of the teams fighting for second place and that European entry ticket that goes with it. Maybe, just maybe, we can even crawl nearer to Celtic at the top of the league. That form has to be repeated week in week out and Sunday is as good a time to show it was not a one day wonder. I think the team will be the same as last week: Foderingham Tavernier Kiernan Hill Wallace. Windass Halliday Holt. O'Halloran Garner Miller. I am not sure what position Miller was in last week or what the real formation was as Miller seemed to be everywhere but if we can get the same result and intensity of play then I am happy with that. Ross county are a dogged team and will be well organised and difficult to break down. It will be a very difficult game. We should show them respect. Not too much. While on the park fight for every ball and hammer it into the onion bag C'mon the Gers!!!
  18. I worry it would have been very stupid of SD to sign a contract without tying in the use of the badge. I even worry that Rangers signing to give the contract to SD makes an unwritten agreement that they have use of the tradmarks. I can only see us winning if there is a get-out somewhere that says something like" Rangers reserve the right over trademarks at all times"
  19. I think he would love banners and chants. As they say even negative publicity is still publicity.
  20. Yes I am sure you did and it must have been the Rockies. From what I can remember you were sitting at the side of a mountain track but it was years ago and I mostly can't remember what I did 10 minutes ago.
  21. 10 years! Whaw! Your wife must have some tolerance and sufferance level. I seem to remember a photo of you on your honeymoon I think. In the Canadian mountains can that be right? I am serious I am sure you posted it once when we all posted photo's until someone got beat up in a restaurant because they had seen his photo on here. Or am I fantasising?
  22. Just remembered it is me. We are still looking for someone to do the Juicy Hearts and Dundee games.

    10 in a row?

I am afraid only in the eyes of Rangers supporters the rest of the world will read what is on the can. I personally hope we break their grip as soon as possible so as we can say"You only won 6 in a row because the Rangers weren't there for 4 of the years. We have then the ball back in our court.

    10 in a row?

Sorry Del I think you and the others that think that are totally wrong. With Celtic it is not about the sporting achievement it is being better than Rangers. If they win 10 in a row there will be street parties from here to Boston. Just the one-upmanship will feed there obsession for years. Do you really think they give a shit how they won the titles? At the end of the day their name will be on the trophy and 30-40 years down the line that is all that counts really.
