I'm confident we will win on the 3rd, however if we dont, then serious implications await

If and I mean IF we can cut out our silly mistakes at the back then I think we will be ok next week. We have

But what they are doing is humping the pish thats in front of them with ease . Something we should be doing but we cant because our forwards are shot shy and our defence is not even worth talking about . We will defenatly get chances next week but taking them is another thing . If our defence is up to our usual standard then hate them or not Miller and Boyd could punish us . they are not a good team, just there defence and attack is better? what does that make us then?

Member Member #439 Joined: 31 December 2004 We will pump the hun next week because we are better than them, and we have a young hungry team. We have not been firing on all cylinders lately, whilst they have been playing SPL well. If we had taken all chances in our last three games we would have at least another 15 goals to our goal difference and be 3 points better off. Rangers are poor by any general standard, Hibs were a shadow of their former teams today, terrible, chucked it at 2-1. Rangers defence is far better than ours without a doubt but we have the midfield and forwards to dominate and score more goals. Hibs goalie was awol. Oh ye of little faith. Unless they drop points to Dundee Utd they will come to CP very cocky and "aye ready" for a fall. Speed and skill, allied to strength and bravery will make the difference. We will win loads of free kicks, so I hope we are practicing them all week. Fortune and McGinn should start with McGeady and Samaras. If Yeung Ki is fit he should be on the bench, Zhi should also play a part as they are both big lads. Artur will play a blinder :spl:
  5. I heard the commentators saying Bougherra will be available for the DUTD game and the OF game but are just waiting on confirmation, hope so
  6. Agreed,I don't think WS should change the team as we are playing well,so there is no need to play Edu. I was meaning how well a player can come straight back into first team football, some players manage it easier than others.
  7. Aye, but I suppose it all comes down to the individual really, both mentally & phyisically, Broadfoot seems to have stepped right back in no problem.
  8. Ok,just for you, I see the GFITW were down on the number of supporters today compared to the normal full house that they always have.
  9. I've always been of the belief that after coming back from an injury,it was easier starting a game and being replaced, rather than coming on as a sub when it is more difficult to get up to the pace of the game. If a player is fit enough for the bench then he is fit enough to play, but if the players who are playing are not playing bad then it is more difficult for the manager to give someone a game just for the sake of it and yet is a must to get the players back playing. If WS was to start Edu tomorrow ahead of McCulloch I would understand why, but that doesn't mean McCulloch is playing bad, however I'm always reluctant to change a winning team.
  10. Ah ok, good one

  12. You know something, after watching the MOPES today and Hertz humping them last week, the way we have been performing fills me with great pleasure knowing if Rangers can keep their form we will blow away DUTD on Wed and HUMP the MOPES next Sunday. W.A.T.P.

  18. Dec 26 2009 By Greig Thomas RANGERS star Madjid Bougherra WILL be allowed to play in the Old Firm clash, thanks to Algeria returning a favour to the Ibrox club. Bougherra and Ibrox boss Walter Smith had resigned themselves to the defender's last game before the African Cup of Nations being tomorrow's clash with Hibs, to enable the player to attend Algeria's training camp. However, reports from Bougherra's country indicated their FA have relented and will allow Bougherra to play in the January 3 showdown at Parkhead and travel to the French camp after the game. And it's all because of a favour Rangers did for the African nation last month. The Algerian FA requested to be allowed to treat Bougherra's knee injury at a private clinic in France in a bid to get the defender fit for their World Cup qualifier in Egypt. Rangers could have refused and insisted the player was attended to by their medics. But Algeria got their wish, Bougherra played in that game and subsequent World Cup play-off and Algeria qualified for the first time in 24 years. The Ibrox club asked the Algerian FAto allow Bougherra to face Celtic even though FIFA rules dictate Rangers would have had to release the player due to the 14-day rule to prepare for a tournament. However, although the African country's FA have yet to release official confirmation, reports in Algeria quoted sources stating Bougherra will join the training camp after the Old Firm match. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/football/spl/2009/12/26/rangers-boost-as-madjid-bougherra-gets-ok-for-old-firm-clash-86908-21923085/
  19. Published Date: 26 December 2009 RANGERS defender Madjid Bougherra and Celtic midfielder Landry N'Guemo have both been given the all-clear to play in the Old Firm clash on 3 January before jetting off to prepare for the African Nations Cup. Fifa rules dictate the Glasgow clubs would be forced to release the players because of the 14-day rule to prepare for a tournament. But former Rangers manager Paul le Guen's announcement that his Cameroon squad will assemble 5 January for a training camp in Nairobi means N'Guemo is be free to play for Celtic at Parkhead. Reports from Algeria suggest the Algerian FA will also allow Bougherra to play in the derby and travel to his country's French training camp after the game. Meanwhile, Darren O'Dea has been sent back to Celtic after failing to impress on loan at Reading. The defender hadn't started a game for the club since October. http://sport.scotsman.com/sport/African-pair-get-green-light.5938867.jp
  20. Phew, the letters from the MOPES were being written to the SFA requesting the OF match to be postponed, close call,I'm glad the Pope is ok so we can HUMP the MOPES http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/2009/12/25/vatican-security-scare-as-pope-is-attacked-at-christmas-eve-mass-86908-21921846/
  21. Early bump this week guys.
  22. I hope monkeyheid tells his own thug players the same thing, monkey heid ya fud
  23. Jeez, this is getting boring,at the end of the day we all have different opinions on all Rangers players. We are top of the league and playing as good as I can remember,so whoever comes in and does a job then I'll be a happy Ger
  24. My post is only my honest opinion on the Scotland/Rangers scenario and I'll stick by it
  25. Some people like to look on the positives, others like to dwell on the negatives, me my glass is always half full
