Most likely result is a draw. Both they and Totenham are draw kings with 6 draws each from 14 games. Almost a 50% draw rate.

If we can go to Hamilton and come away with a good result at a ground that's always difficult for any visitor I will begin to believe the roll has truly begun and we will start to motor away from those behind us. Hit the Winter break sitting in second with a comfortable gap below us then strengthen in that transfer window and we're set for the season after a patchy beginning. The signs were always there that this would come but it has been a frustrating time right from the disappointment of a draw with Hamilton on the opening day. -

Next problem if we can call it that. Does Hill get his spot back at Hamilton. -

Agree it was a great reaction save but I think I remember him doing something similar against Ross County. -

Yes, definitely offside. And to be fair their attempt just prior to that pulled a good save out of Wes. But I felt that was basically their only really threatening move of the game. -

I think one difference was that we didn't play to our capabilities on their patch. Today we did and they played no differently from last time they were simply made to look bad because we are simply a superior team. It was just no contest because when we play to our capabilities we're on a level they can't compete with. It's frustrating that we could and should have done exactly the same thing to them 10 days ago. -

Believe it or not I have been at least as concerned about this Hamilton match than about the sheep or hearts. I always felt we could beat those two but Hamilton on their own little plastic patch can be a total bitch and it's the type of 3 points we can't afford to be losing now we're starting to place a gap between us and those behind us. -

Yes you would think wouldn't you. But it was in fact a member of their forum who has thousands of posts to his name and is listed as a 'Premium Paid Member' A donator. -

I often scan over opposing forums on match day to see what they're saying and it's absolutely nothing like the chat we have here. EVER! When we're outplayed we're outplayed and though we bitch about it the fault is our own team. Not referees or anything else. If the opposition outplay us they get the credit for a good performance. Not so on this hearts forum. The referee is a cheat, Rangers are shite but hearts just didn't turn up and so on. The reality is that hearts tried to play and we simply didn't let them get into it because we're a far superior side and I expect they're going to be burning the one voice of sanity in that forum at the stake soon because fantasy is what they want in their infantile fairy tale. Not reality. This is what the guy has posted in response to all their blather about referees and Rangers being shite. Poor guy will probably be tarred and feathered at a minimum. -

Well given the result at pittodire and incidentally I felt SJ would get a draw there today because the sheep are crap it's now all in our hands. They can't catch us even if they win their game in hand. -

Yep. A 2 goal lead at halftime would have forced them to come right out second half to give us a better chance of more. As it stands they will probably just continue as they have been hoping to get a breakaway equaliser. Unless we get that second goal. -

Peculiar to say the least that Forrester can't even get a place on the bench ahead of a 17 year old. Presuming he's fit. -
We're not behind anymore which isn't to say people shouldn't continue voting.

I think he's due to begin putting them away and this would be a fine time for him to start. Going 5 points clear of them gives us a little breathing space and two wins in a row against significant opposition can only be good for the confidence of all . Aside from that i'm confident they're going to find their day out with Garner to be a most frustrating and even bruising encounter. -

Seems Andy Boyle of Dundalk has just signed for Preston. Given our centre back issues I had been hoping we may show an interest in him. You have to guess that if Preston can afford him we could. On Preston forums they're talking about a wage of around £6,000 a week which is probably on the low end of what we pay first teamers. -
But ra sellick 'set standards' and proved they belong at the big table. No wins and bottom of the group with 16 goals conceded is a helluva standard to set then boast about. Isn't it?
