  1. People will always bet. If they choose to do so with a company that puts money back to our team, then I can’t see any problem with that.
  2. Superb! What a fantastic waste of money!
  3. Please let this happen. What a phenomenal waste of money it would be.
  4. I liked the fake news regarding the latest signing. Especially the one on the Celtic website. There has been a lot of egg all over some faces today!
  5. The main thing for me is that Rangers publically scrutinise then next CO. If it is another “Celtic background” CO then, much like Glasgow’s Lord Provost, questions must be asked on the very low odds of this happening.
  6. Anyone got any inside information as to what actually happened?
  7. A few years training in a far superior surrounding, with better players and playing a not insignificant amount of first team games should mean we get more than we paid for him. In my opinion anyway.
  8. Someone who is actually into Dance music would definitely say that’s Guetta is for kids.
  9. The 2% stat that the SPFL statement threw out is a hilarious red herring. It isn’t even relevant to the conversation in any way at all. They’ve just said that figure to try and fool the hard of thinking by showing a small number trying to make them think that the influence is minimal. The most important facts are; Desmond is the largest shareholder in the media company. He is the largest shareholder at Celtic. McLennan is his employee at the media company. Hence, he cannot be an impartial chairman of the SPFL. It really is that simple.
  10. Well done again Mr King. The SPFL response is a very poor attempt at deflection with that completely irrelevant 2% stat.
  11. Daily Record flogging off Morelos for £2m today. Notice how they undersell our players but talk about Dembele (who scored less than Morelos this season) for £40m. I also noticed an interesting headline where Celtic “raked in £1m” in the sale of Sviachenko. Conveniently omitting the fact Celtic payed over £2m for him. So they never really “raked in” anything did they?
  12. I find it unsurprising that BBC Scotland isn’t covering this story. It’s almost as if they don’t want the story breaking down South and into the international domain.
  13. Well done Dave King. Those rat bastards have been hiding in plain sight for far too long.
  14. Another blatant example of their obvious media influence. It’s ridiculous.
  15. It’s not because he’s Israeli, it’s because he’s Jewish. You just have to compare the treatment of Biton and Kayal. Both Israeli, one Jewish and one Muslim. Which one got all the abuse and no abuse for the other?
  16. Funny how an alleged abuse by an anonymous person at Rangers was the headline news yet an actual paedo at Celtic who has been quoted as abusing boys whilst at Celtic pleading guilty wasn’t even in the top Scottish news on the BBC. Also just checked the DR - not a single peep. Strange, it’s almost like someone is guiding them on what stories to report...
  17. I’m in the same boat. More often than not, the loaned youngsters aren’t experienced enough / don’t have the heart to fill our strip.
  18. The problem we have here is that we are totally vulnerable to media attack (again!) if the press deem ‘Twitter attacks’ as newsworthy. What is to stop any journalist making up a profile, plastering it with Rangers references and then abusing a player. They are making their ‘news’ easily.
  19. I was shocked to read on another forum that the police “can neither confirm nor deny that Rangers called the police” - direct from the police. All I have read everywhere, and even alluded to in BBC articles is that (something like), “the police have no records of these calls”. This is purposefully misleading. Rangers really do need to take the BBC to task over the way they have reported this one and get answers as to why; a) they are reporting anonymous claims as if they are in fact verified claims b) they are dragging a 2-year old story and making it headline news c) they are actively ignoring an ongoing story which is in court and is based on a person who has actually previously been found guilty.
