So according to that first post they just need to score 4 each week and ensure they don't concede 4. Completely mental ideas. And the mug perpetuating the beautiful football myth. Give me Walter the winner over losing "Arsenal" football any time.

Just in the last month we've had Keane, Fortune, Loovens and Mowbray write our team talks. He points to the Motherwell game, but everyone is neatly forgetting the Killie game. If you take the last two fixtures they've lost points on us not gained (as the assumption was they would easily win their game in hand and take the gap to 7 points). They'll beat Aberdeen reserves, but we are more than capable of beating Hibs again.

Why has he brought sectarianism into the equation. Naive, stupid comment in an otherwise decent retort. Disappointed. Hope McGhee rests players and we still win the legaue. Will surely hurt more knowing they (they being the Celtic "family") tried to cheat and still couldn't win the league. :spl:

Papac and Boyd one booking away from suspension

That would never happen though. -

Don't tell the ref this, chunt will be dying to get the cards out. -
When he first flew into Scotland it was reported he was coming to us for signing talks. I think the hacks just had their info wrong though.

Bain Holds Positive Fans Meeting

A bit of clarity. It addresses some of the uncertainty. But we're still left with plenty of questions. No doubt the more business savvy will disect this though.- 36 replies

Surely Walter deserves the manager's award again.
-
How much opportunity will he get to shine at the WC? Chances are he'll not play past the first round.
-
And full of kids. Despite the desperation to drive the traditional football crowd away they're not going to replace it with women and kids.
-
No, he is a left back who can play at CB. Or as Calscot has stated numerous times Christian Dailly and Lee McCulloch are strikers. And there are a load of ridiculous ideas we could come out with. Also makes Alan Hutton a striker.
-
Every year they gob off in the press. I hope Keane is this year's Smaras/McGeady/Caldwell.
-
Much is being made of this Fir Park pitch and has me a little concerned about injuries. I fancy a tight game where we eventually come through 2-0. Boyd and Whittaker.
-
Anyone got that on the predictor? :fish:

Bought to play CB by the same man who bought Svensson to play CB. I'll take my chances with him at LB personally. Papac is a left back who has previously played centre back and can do so in emergences. But he is a left back. People only deny so when using it as a stick to beat Smith or to moan about our current situation. The Doctor sums it up well.

Still not too concerned tbh. More worried about the state of the pitch than Motherwell. Only got a draw earlier this season thanks to that spell of dodgy sending offs we were on the end of.
-
 Saw someone say it was 4 draws on the bounce. They were close then. Edit: Did we not draw 0-0 there this season? Not brillinat, but not worthy of the big fuss people are making over it. We put 6 by them in Dec, that's what I'd focus on. :spl:

Was trying to see if I could find a quick look at out results against Motherwell at their sand trap. Not foudn it yet (i'm not going to go back through the fixture lists) but came across something else: http://soccernet.espn.go.com/team/stats?id=257&cc=3888 September really was a crap month for us eh? December was obviously awesome and results wise Janaury wasn't all that bad, best results in the league that month.
-
Aye, and he signed Sasa Papac. We have a lot to thank him for.
-
Don't wanna steal Zappa's thunder with the match thread so this looked like the next best place to post this. Pretty sure when we got Hibs in December they were the form team (out with us) and Hearts had found their form when we drew with them last month. Now we've got Motherwell up next and again after us they're the form team in the league. I thought we were due the "easy" run after our December fixtures, but it never seems to happen. Bad luck and timing.

Statement From Rangers Supporters in Respect of the Protest
Super_Ally replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Like the idea. Different wording though maybe? For the journey..... what destination??? Or is Andy's shout better? -
Aye, bit unfortunate with the penalty but played well overall. Not the worst emergency centre back, but I would not want to rely on him regularly. Very impressive left back though.
-
Does anyone honestly still consider Papac being a centre back playing at left back?
-
I got ignored in Seville!

You repeatedly jump on posters stating you know for a fact what is going on whenever they ask questions.
