  1. I meant new names...
  2. Nope not much info. The Scottish/German politician guy was mentioned (as were Adidas actually) but apparently neither were/are involved.
  3. Various rumours - the Germans from before primarily. Others as well.
  4. He's a director with them. PS: I don't know if he's directly involved but we've discussed KPMG before vis a vis the Ng bid.
  5. Yes, KPMG are advising Ng Billy...
  6. I remember the party's when PLG joined.
  7. Welcome mate!
  8. A few things. It is perfectly fine to criticise all bids - and I've seen that happen across the community. Similarly, there's no problem with supporting any single bid (or indeed opposing one). But say why and offer details. I'm still puzzled as to why the Trust is struggling to be our focal point and I think TBK should have more support as well. That's not being obtuse just a genuine observation.
  9. I reckon we will not hear any names now until the club is sold.
  10. From FF: Miller's bid wasn't an exclusive bid (not new news) Chris McLaughlan asks admin if deal is possible - They hope to be in a position to know where they stand midday tomorrow. Deal has to be done by end of the season. Two bidding parties been in discussions with McCoist, that's fromm BBC not admin. 1 of the 3 bidders wants a CVA. BBC pretty much back up claims from the Sun and Alex Thomson.
  11. We're no stranger to technical issues here so I'm backing that very fair explanation.
  12. What is wrong with RM? Get the finger out Badger!
  13. It's not as simple as saying MD is to blame. In fact remove MD and you'd arguably remove even more of the Trust's influence.
  14. He's sexpesting me so he's very welcome...
  15. That's not answering the question. Why are the Trust struggling for numbers and why are TBK struggling for overwhelming support?
  16. Impressive stuff - welcome! PS: I was hoping for Nora Batty myself but you'll do.
  17. I think Guardian does make some valid points. The Trust should be the focal point at this moment in time and the TBK should be the clear fan favourites. They're not though and that's not because of a few people with grudges, that's because their own actions have been questionable. I think that is worth discussing (sensibly please!) and it's wrong to deflect such questions.
  18. Steady on! While you make some valid points, it's not really a surprise to see a fan group align themselves to a bid they perhaps more info about than others - carrot on a stick or not. The problem occurs when they don't go to their members for such a mandate or share as much said info as they can. Juxtapose that with attacks on other bidders then that makes their credibility lower than what it should be. No-one 's perfect here though.
  19. I think that's a fair analysis from Traynor.

  21. Welcome Scott.
  22. You'll get it here mate - welcome!
  23. Whyte sold the catering rights to Close Leasing for £1.6million IIRC. Some say this was done in perpetuity. Close are also a secured creditor meaning they'll be paid in full from any bid.
  24. The constant delays are my biggest bugbear - I really don't know why we can get decisions on all issues, from the FTT to the SFA and SPL. Ultimately though it may be the new owner's decision whether or not to continue in the SPL or look for relegation. I doubt any owner will be asking for SFL though.
  25. It will be the Ticketus and Close deals that will be causing him problems. Deals with players may also be a worry.
