  1. MD is entitled to ask questions of any potential new owner just like the rest of us. Please avoid making this personal.
  2. Understand why some bears are annoyed but IMO, Miller was never really interested and him pulling out has proved the banners correct (whether we agree with them or not).

    Welcome mate...
  4. There were a variety of anti-Miller banners at the Dundee Utd game last midweek.
  5. I've said continually that no bidder has walked away. Whether that means we'll see a renewed effort from any previous interested party, I don't know as I know all were worried about the club's real fiscal state.
  6. Blaming the fans is a bit poor to be honest. If he thinks the club is buggered, then say so - don't use some flimsy excuse. Of course there's the very real possibility he was a stalking horse to gauge reaction to his kind of plan. If that is the case, then perhaps the real bidder will finally stand up.
  7. Not sure but you may well be right.

  9. Think this may be about Celtic supposedly threatening to resign from the league should RFC not be punished as they see fit. Doubt it's true but sums up Clyde that they let people on to talk about it.
  10. Not sure what you mean? I'm seeing a variety of criticism of the Miller bid on every forum. Same as we had for Whyte. Sure, not everyone will choose to believe the more negative stuff (true or not) but our fans are relatively powerless to stop the process.
  11. I think the story is due with the fact that apparently McCoist hasn't spoken to him in a few days.
  12. The Scottish journalism quote is a bit opportunistic but the general thrust is accurate.
  13. Original article was in the Caledonian Mercury: http://caledonianmercury.com/2012/05/07/opinion-succulent-lamb-the-old-firm-and-scottish-journalism/0033077
  14. Yeah, read this yesterday. Good stuff but the always arrogant Thomson won't take much notice unfortunately.
  15. I'd have certainly thought so. Remains to be seen if Whyte can be convinced to sell his shares.
  16. Some elsewhere suggest he's still after a stand-alone CVA but I doubt that's possible this season. Ergo, if Kennedy/TBK wants to make a bid, it will either be a newco or we'll have another ten point deduction as we'd more than likely to be in administration at the start of next season. Further, if they want to achieve a stand alone CVA then they may need to inject substantial monies by the end of the month to keep many players.
  17. I'd have been more surprised if Kennedy wasn't still trying to buy these shares.
  18. I think we both know the answer to that.... ...He's a member of Gersnet and enjoys reading our articles...
  19. #SPL have adjourned again until 30th #ranger representatives didn't turn up John Yorkston appeared frustrated and disappointed
  20. Should be some sort of comment over next hour as meeting has finished.
  21. This is the Club9 guy commenting on the PROSPER article. Not sure what this compliment does for the article's credibility but I suppose it is positive that the relevant parties are monitoring fan opinion.
  22. Nothing worthy of posting...
  23. Apparently not but, then again, that may suit the purposes of Miller so he has to liquidate the oldco.
  24. Not sure how accurate that is. HMRC won't approve a CVA in which creditors are not treated equally.
  25. Fair enough mate - I wouldn't blame anyone for holding such a point of view. I don't think a stand-alone CVA can be completed now so I think it is newco or nothing. Still not convinced it will be Miller owning the club though.
