Phil Mac Giolla Bhain - a Celtic supporting Scotsman who changed his name then exiled himself in Ireland due to a number of factors. He considers himself a journalist but he struggles for credibility/employment as he focuses completely on anti-Rangers stories and has a number of failed ventures behind him. For whatever reason he's moving off his own blog to more anonymous means. I'll leave you to decide why.

That update reads like someone is hurting extremely badly today. Poor Phil.

Broadfoot may feature this weekend, he's expected to be on the bench anyway. Some are suggesting Whittaker will fill in at centre half but I think your defence is more likely. We'll certainly have a tough match on Saturday; more so if the likes of Davis, Lafferty and Naismith who all missed international games don't make it. Even good old Maurice Edu won't arrive back from the US of A until tonight or tomorrow...
-
Robbie Fowler was at the CIS Cup Final the other week so he'll be our primary target.
-
Not a huge amount really but LBG have ratified sale so that is an important step.
-
According to stv we won't be. Perhaps that extra £4million is to be kept back for increased transfer funds this summer?
-
With respect you'll appreciate the coincidence is not one which can be automatically dismissed. However, I appreciate your contribution and we'll see where the debate takes us over the next few days which look to be crucial for everyone concerned.

Good points mate...

It is interesting that all these anonymous blogs have cropped up suddenly. Someone or some group of people are up to something.

Nobody can be excited until we know what Whyte's plans are. Until then any joy or confidence is unfounded.
-
As ever mate - a fantastic riposte!
-
So in other words Mowbray did have to write off a lot of money because he had to resign from his contract...? Bizarre that Celtic were still paying a manager they had effectively sacked.

I think this is a good move. The lads in both groups try very hard to improve the match-day atmosphere but I know first hand how difficult it is to get the surrounding areas of the stadium involved. UB moving in beside TBO should help logistically and hopefully we can have a few more people joining this area for next season during a time where season ticket numbers are declining. I'm sure the club will be eager to help...

A couple of good responses on the letters page today while John Macmillan also replies to the statement in the Scotsman. Well done the Association! -

BTW, that isn't orange juice she's drinking but brake fluid. Tasty!

I think Leggat is guessing just like the rest of us unfortunately. Occam's razor is probably the best position to adopt for us at the moment.

PS: My ferret (also called Frankie) passed away a few months back so half of my act has gone to that hob-hole in the sky...

Unfortunately, the fact most working men's clubs patrons are usually found smoking outwith the premises, means I tend to perform outside such establishments nowadays... Just stick a few coins in my flat cap and I may sing a song as well...

Indeed - these rulings do seem extremely bizarre but when the courts use clearly partial experts for their knowledge what else do you expect? You have to admire our opponents for their indefatigability. -

I've taken the liberty of sending the following reply to The Herald for them to publish but I won't hold my breath: -
