  1. Clement was quick enough to send him out on loan, so I suspect he will be happy to sell (as would any sensible person).
  2. Apart from Diomande, I wouldn't miss a single player. The main focus should be clearing out the likes of Tav, Goldson and Lundstram, as well as bringing in some more effective attackers.
  3. Why not? This is a forum where we air our opinions about football, so there's no point skirting around the issue.
  4. Just get to the point. Do you think the SFA officials are biased against Rangers: yes or no?
  5. Fair enough. VAR and the over-focus on referees are just another couple of reasons why football is less enjoyable than it was in the past.
  6. There are always mini fouls at set pieces. Goalies are over-protected and that's the case globally and has been for years. We need to pick our fights carefully, otherwise we just get accused of paranoia.
  7. F*ck knows. Back on course, there were certainly some poor decisions today but I don't think VAR chopping the goal off was one of them. The two involving Sterling (him not getting the free kick and the booking) were both shocking decisions.
  8. So Raskin was being fouled and fouling Hart simultaneously. Goalies always get protected more than outfield players. Raskin shouldn't have given the VAR team such an easy decision to make.
  9. I've seen a few people saying this. A foul is a foul. If a player trips up an opposition player when the ball is 20ft away, it's still a foul, regardless of where the ball is.
  10. Understandable.
  11. If there are options, I have no idea why anyone would listen to Liam McLeod commentating on anything. The pitch he talks at is quite painful to listen to - sounds like a dying puppy.
  12. Jesus wept. He's not good enough and that's that. Could barely get a game for Aberdeen.
  13. Whenever I see him starting or coming on, my heart sinks.
  14. A hard one to take. Overall it was quite an even game but we were on top when they scored. In all honesty though, we never really looked like scoring and lacked conviction up front. I hope Cantwell and Silva were tired, otherwise swapping them for Wright and Matondo were both odd moves. I'm glad the season is over. Hopefully Scotland give us a few laughs over the Summer and we can clear out a large number of this squad of perennial losers.
  15. Looks like Raskin and Diamonde in midfield, with Sterling wide right again. What is it they say about doing the same thing, over and over and expecting different results...groan.
  16. Still not sure if I'm going to watch it or not. Will probably decide just after lunch. Never thought I'd feel like this about a cup final. Even when Murty/Pedro were in charge I was more up for it than this.
  17. Agreed. We also need to remind them they're a bunch of paedophile harbouring, plastic Paddy c*nts.
  18. There's no chance Tav won't start, so any discussions about it are largely irrelevant.
  19. You might be right but this is just another reason why football is generally less interesting to watch than it used to be. It's too tactical and formulaic (mirrored in the stands by the ultras, in their matching outfits, with ubiquitous chants and identical behaviour).
  20. It's concerning. I'm getting Warburton - do Plan A better - vibes, which I don't like. Unless you have the best players in the world, you need to adapt.
  21. Not so sure about that, given how predictable these matches have been recently. Frankie's pre-match prediction in the last league match thread wasn't far off at all.
  22. I was thinking of going for a walk. Watching another football match while we're playing Paedo FC would just feel too weird.
  23. Watch or don't watch, that is the question.
  24. I reckon Barisic and Lundstram will both start.
