Neville would have been the best choice if he was 5 years younger, but id of went for Gerrard. I do prefer a centre half as captain but Im not 100% convinced Terry is the same player for england as he is for Chelsea. At chelsea Gallas and Makelele are maybe making him look a bit better. I think he prefers the great unwashed over us. In saying that, whether the GFITW© will accept an Engalnd captain who belts out GSTQ when he represents his country is another matter....
