Is there any excuse for not clapping the goals?

Recommended Posts

I saw someone at the game yesterday who goes to Ibrox every week. I noticed that he refused to clap (or do anything) at any of the goals. He never even reacted when Whittaker scored his second.

Is there any excuse for this?

 Strange one. Whats the point in going if you are not going to support the team. Both :SW: goals were good and the 2nd one was a screamer. We played some decent attacking football at times too. I could have understooed slightly more if it had been 1-0 and we had scored late on and been dreadful. Strange

You often see this. Last week during the Liverpool v Villa game when Villa scored there was 1 fan who stood there with a straight face, it can only be described as him being a neutral or there with a mate who supports Villa and he got a spare.

Football should surely bring passion, especially to your team you support. Im not a Arsenal fan but I jumped up and down when they scored last night, and when Van Persie put the ball in the net in injury time i went wild thinking it was 2-2.

When Rangers score i always celebrate with Passion, then give my dad a hug !!

When I mentioned passion earlier, it depends on the game itself. For a standard 4-1 rout of Hamilton then I admit I couldnt get passionate and celebrate like the winner at Tynecastle last week, but for the games like yesterday clapping is the least a fan should do.

I don't care who it's against but once we take the lead i always celebrate with passion, if the game is tight and we go 2 clear then i celebrate with passion.

The Dado always gets a hug !
