I know what Wilson's squad number will be at Liverpool - 67. You heard it here first.

Where did you hear that? And does that make his choice of 66 at Rangers significant? 66-67? If so, that is pretty shocking, but at least we're getting £2m possibly £5m for him...

I think selling Wilson for 2 million with potential to rise to 5 million is great business.

1) He only had maybe 10 good games for Rangers.

2) He wants to leave.

3) We are well covered at centre half.

Lets see how good he is without Weir next to him!

The only downside is the squad is down 1 more number.

Can't see him getting many games at all in the next few seasons which will only hinder his progress and payments to us i guess.

He'll most likely be loaned out. It's probably them with an eye on the new Home Grown Players Rule... (If that's going ahead) and the lack of English players they currently have!

Any guesses as to where he'll be loaned out?

He has only signed for 3 years , cant see what or rather how the deal could be drawn up in any way that would benefit us , considering we are £3 million out of pocket potentially
