Surely things would improve if, say, twenty or so (they could be randomly selected for fairness) BBC employees were simply lined up on the pitch and shot during the half time break one Saturday. The "don't be like Nicky Campbell" message would be clearly put across, with the added bonus of a net saving to the licence fee payers. Asking questions or insinuating things are 2 completely different things.
