Yeah but there would be appeals by HMRC if we did win, which would take years and hanging over our head for ages.

 

That's what the last sentance was getting at in the main.

Maybe this is way off the mark, but what about a scenario were the club ends up having to start as a brand new club, of course that would be a devastating blow, all that history down the tubes, do you think the plan is to do exactly that so when we start afresh we register with the English league albeit maybe the blue square and work are way up, because you know and I know apart from the scum and maybe them as well the likes of Hearts or Aberdeen after all these years are going nowhere and only when we play shite do they get a result against us and we can't go on like this.

Maybe that is too mad a thought.

Don't think direct ownership would work for us but certainly dilute Whytes share to 51% and make the fans the second biggest shareholder with all the say at board level that comes with that.

 

Think the telling point in that story is fan expectation we have to get real we play in a European backwater and we have to realise this.
