A plan which he couldn't possibly have made public for numerous reasons. As for the accounts, I noticed today that a few reports said a club "may" be banned from Europe for not producing them which is different from some of the other reporting going on. As with everything over the last few years there's a few similar posts on different forums giving very different opinions on what this all means, ie good or fatal basically so we just need to wait and see. The nagging doubt I have about Whyte taking us all for a ride is that he is a Bear, has family in Scotland and some of the "mistakes" he's made when it comes to monies withheld to hmrc are such basic ones that it makes me think this is all part of his grand plan to deliver a fresh start for the club. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Little General 80 Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Yesterday will go down in history as the bloody Valentine's day in our once great club's history , when rallying calls were sounded all around the world and former owners made pathetic sound bites which amounted to the root of hee haw . Yet in a small resteraunt in Bothwell the sound of champagne corks being popped and much laughter and back slapping was all that filled a room , and if I hadnt seen it with my own eyes I would never have believed it . There are a group of gentlemen who are of the opinion that Whyte has just pulled off the greatest scam ever , and in doing so have saved Rangers a fortune as well as securing their long term future all for the price of £1 . I cannot name names as I do not know them all personally and my reason for being there was purely coincedental however after talking to my firend who has no interest in football what so ever , but is a business man and who also has liquidated companies , he talked me through what they know to have happened , they are also of the belief that the large tax case is irrelevant because of yesterdays proceedings , only time will tell , but there were certainly plenty of happy Rangers fans in one part of the country . are these guys happy now? 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

For what its worth, some of these guys including certain blue knights thought they were going to get Rangers for nothing , TBK's will only have themselves to blame , its easy to play on fans fears , hopes and the loyalty of a support , tell them all the right things , get on board with certain factions , but in this game only one thing counts the colour and size of your money . Now I dont know much about this Bill Miller but what cannot be argued is that he gave everyone else fair warning that if they wanted the club to put up or piss off , he stated what his bid was worth and waited and waited ,well hes got his reward now lets all calm down and see what transpires .
