TBK have won, named PB.

tannnoch you say that kennedy isnt involved at this stage, is there a possibility that he will in the future?

No idea, there has been talks between the parties but there are no agreements in place. There is a long road ahead and I'm sure TBK won't knock back any offers of funds from any interested party.

It MAY be regarded as offensive by some Rangers fans; the Police prevented anything commenting on Rangers situation in the last old firm game.

But you are probably right in the context of Celtic v Motherwell

I'm sorry, but anyone who finds that offensive shouldn't leave the house, never mind attend a match.

I see on Follow Follow that the claim is that things are looking promising for TBKs but no deal has been done yet.

That is the "official" line as the fee still has to be paid and a couple of minor details to be ironed out, as I said in the OP, but I stand by the OP as far as I know it.

If you take out the "football creditors" of £3.5m (cancelled by football debtors anyway iirc) and the Ticketus £27m then it's £10m (your example) to clear £25m, much more palatable I assume (it ust be noted both scenarios exclude the FTT result).

FWIW I think the fat lady is still just clearing her throat, but what the f*&k do I know?....

Don't forget that included in the £55M debt was £7.7M of debentures holders which wont in essence require repaying.
