SFA Ruling: Lifetime ban for Whyte; RFC signing ban for 1 year

Recommended Posts

So this independent panel are aware of the fact that our players have the option of leaving the club in the summer, & of the fact that the players have said they will exercise this option if Craig Whyte is still the owner.. then the fact that CW doesn't look like selling & D&P have still not commenced any court proceedings in order to obtain CW's shares.. & the acceptable punishment they come up with is a 12 month transfer embargo?

WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY?

This is absolutely ludicrous. I can't believe it's not April 1st. Rules were broken, punishment would be deserved.. but at least make it appropriate.. or at least wait until a more appropriate time.. Ahh fuck it, lets hand in our notice to the SPL. There's a risk no other league will have us.. but its better to take that risk than stay in a league that is publicly trying to hang us.

This was SFA charges, not SPL. you can have another rant about them in the near future. :D

So we're banned from signing senior players for a year. How long is it going to be before we HAVE the money to sign anyone?

And Whyte has been banned from involvement in Scottish football. So....what happens to his shares now?

Maybe there are positives here.

All bidders need to come out and talk to the fans/press this morning. No excuses as they’ve had all night to think about this. We need to know where they stand ASAP. No excuses.

If they walk, then it’s unfortunate but understandable, if they’re staying, let us know to put our minds at rest
