New deal would parachute Rangers into SPL... but then relegate club to First Division

Relegation for dual contracts? Should be four OF games next season then... Won't hold my breath.

BTW We've not been found guilty of this, Celtic have already pleaded guilty by paying HMRC, therefore they had a dual contract, PAYE and all.

With everything else that Murray got wrong, it's probably too much to hope that he got the paperwork for the SPL/SFA right.

By the very nature of the EBT's, there was no paperwork for SPL/SFA... According to Murray and his advisers, they weren't contracts at all.

If the SPL accept our transfer of membership, on what basis can they then turn round and relegate us?

Given there are no rules for points deductions or the likes, and we weren't liquidated last season, on what basis could we possibly be deducted enough points to relegate us?

Any such proposal could be challenged, and by that point we'd be in the SPL and couldn't then be chucked out.
