I know that its only for Europe but in a country where the top two are in Europe every year and we are/will be in the top two then we will need a wage cap anyway.

is that not why the wage cap being talked about is a cap on the overall wage budget of 33% of total turnover, as opposed to a cap of say £5k per player.....
