Celtic never even filed their EBT for Juninho with the league but they have no case to answer. Which is something that now, as we are in a safer haven, should be addressed by people in the right places. Thought it was illegal to fine a company in liquidation? Maybe so. Perhaps they will whip up something new for that alone.
