Other SPHelL clubs in trouble must be thinking that this would be a good time to go into admin. If say Dundee HIVs, St Mirren, Killie were all to go into admin at the same time (approx) as Hearts they could all start next season minus a third of last seasons points (or whatever the minimum is) , giving each a fighting chance of staying up in the "glamour" top division.....

How the hell have Hearts been allowed to wait until the close season though to go in to administration? Everyone knew it was going to happen and that they've effectively been insolvent for some time despite their protestations (lies) to the contrary. Are they really going to get away with this given how blatant they've been?

Also it's funny (although not really given the bile from them on our situation) to see so many Jambos now claiming that a company behind a club doesn't make a difference to the football club itself and that they'll always be Hearts. Bunch of bitter short-sighted hypocrites.

Although they also seem to be under the illusion that the SFA and SPL actually did all they could to help us...

It's a scandal mate.

Hearts sold season tickets for next year and accepted substantial fan donations from March to essentially fund them until the end of season 12/13 knowing full well they'd be entering administration as soon as any points penalty didn't affect their final league position for last season.

This, along with their parent company entering liquidation, means this has been nothing but a stitch up from all concerned. Dundee fans must be livid.

About this time last year, Turnbull Hutton described the SPL people as corrupt. Their handling of the Hearts issue suggests that Mr Hutton had a point. Seems that when it suits his club, joining a corrupt organisation doesn't present any problem.

Yeah it all makes sense now why the SPFL hurried through the playoffs for next season, with the champions confirmed before a ball is kicked and no relegation battle as minus 15 points and no squad of note condemns Hertz to certain relegation, but now at least the other 10 teams can now battle to avoid 2nd bottom place

Hearts were trading whilst insolvent and allowed to continue in the SPL by the corrupt cabal, a young student studying law a university could successfully challenge this in court and win. Dundee take note please, my nephew is a second year law student and could do this in his spare time, if you can get him off the top of his bird.
