Care to point out where I state Pinsent Mason's are spinning or where I cast aspersions on them being 'honest'? Who's actually doing the speculating though? Let me hazard a guess and say charlotte fakes. My guess is Pinsent Masons. Perhaps it was but I'm not convinced so. Your quote was in response to some narrative FS provided and it could easily be construed that you were suggesting the narrative came from CF - but the way you present it above is as if the 3 boldened quotes were one after the other which makes it look how you want it to i.e. that you suggested CF is speculating - however, FS's 2nd post there was pointing out that the narrative, he believed, came from Pinsent Masons.
