He wont. Just look at the statement to AIM about needing the share issue or we wont have enough to pay working capital. Ahmad stands a great chance of freezing the assets.

And that is exactly what I was thinking. All of our QC's statements have been about forecasts, hopes and plans. The stark reality is that our official submission to AIM about the share issue delivers a very different picture to what is being painted in court.

I will be surprised if Ahmad doesn't win this.... what his QC is saying is factual and has been corroborated by our own Board in statements to AIM. Our QC's statements have been nothing more than moonbeams.
