Court action: Injunction granted and RFC to pay £20K costs

First case now over, counsel for RIFC and Sports Direct coming into court.

Sports Direct have 5 people representing them, RIFC have 1

counsel for RIFC opens by telling court that there are proceedings ongoing in Scotland, asks for adjournment

So are Sports Direct taking Rangers to court and are Rangers taking Sports Direct to court?

 

And if both actions are by SD then why the 2-pronged action?

 

Looks like the fat man is throwing two custard pies and hoping at least 1 sticks ..............

A question that needs answered is why did the board keep knowledge of these actions from fans groups and the fans many of whom are shareholders, not great at all.

 

a more important question is what are sports direct hiding by trying to gag the board?
