ian1964 10,418 Posted August 28, 2015 Share Posted August 28, 2015 Newcastle United striker Haris Vuckic has reportedly been valued by the club at £450,000 with the 23-year-old looking set to leave Tyneside Newcastle United look set to offload striker Haris Vuckic after they reportedly set a fee of around £450,000 for the Slovenia international. Vuckic, who had impressed while on loan at Scottish side Rangers last season, has struggled to break in to the Newcastle first team. While north of the border, Vuckic bagged nine goals in 22 games but, according to the Daily Mail, it looks as though it won’t be enough to keep him on Tyneside. Reports say that the 23-year-old forward has had interest from clubs across Europe but that he could make a move in to the Championship to restart his career, which may be his best move with time still on his side. Darthter 542 Posted August 28, 2015 Share Posted August 28, 2015 I thought Vukic was excellent for us last season, and under "normal" circumstance would have loved to have seen him back. However, we are not experiencing "normal" circumstances. The team is playing some excellent stuff, and I can't see Vukic bringing much more to the table. It is not beyond reason that Vuckic will be able to adopt to a different style of play and management in the same way that Law has.
