I thought this was against King personally. How can they put King in jail if it is against an organisation? Do they just pick out the Chairman of the board and say you are het. Or am I mixing up court cases, there are that many going on?

Judge muses that disclosure of documents at general meetings of Rangers shareholders may not be a breach of the undertaking.

Sounds as though he likes a bit of confrontation.

 

Bit like a headmaster questioning the headboys to make sure they have covered a subject fully.
