SC Final Hibs allocation

Hibs have announced ticket details for the Scottish Cup final on Saturday, May 21 against Rangers.

 

The club have been allocated around 21,000 tickets for the clash at Hampden, kick-off 3pm, in the North, South and East Stands.

 

Hibs fans that buy a season ticket for the next campaign (2016/17) are entitled to a ticket to the final, as are current season ticket holders. A supporter that had a season ticket for this year and has renewed for the next one will be entitled to two tickets.

 

 

Briefs will go on sale to existing and new season ticket holders on Wednesday, May 4 at 10am, Supporters with one loyalty point or more, Hibs TV members, Kicks for Kids members are entitled to one ticket, with that group able to buy tickets on Thursday, May 12 at 10am.

 

A public sale of any remaining tickets will then commence on Monday, May 16 at 10am.

 

Tickets are £35 for adults and £15 for concessions in the North and South Stands and £25/£10 in the East Stand.

What a joke!,approx 17k total turned up for their semi final!

I don't have a problem with the 50/50 split in cup games. If Hibs can sell the tickets to enough people who want to support them on the day, that's fine by me. What must be avoided is the SFA giving them tickets they can't sell like e.g. Dundee Utd against us when bears could not get tickets although there were thousands of empty seats.

Saturday 21 May 2016 – Kick off 3pm

 

Season ticket holders who have purchased a full price season ticket and were not successful in the Semi – Final ballot will be balloted for a ticket for the above fixture. An email communication will be sent to successful applicants next week.

 

Season ticket holders who are successful in the ballot can purchase tickets via the Rangers Ticket Centre, Ticket Hotline on 0871 702 1972 option 1 or via the website at rangers.co.uk.

 

Please note that due to SFA rules prohibiting match ticket reprinting for games at Hampden Park all tickets for the above game will be either mailed out using Special Delivery at a cost of £7 or held for collection at Rangers Ticket Centre.

 

Ticket prices – South & North Stands £35 for adults and £15 for concessions and West stand adults are £25 and £10 for concessions.

 

TICKET CENTRE AND HOTLINE OPENING HOURS

To purchase match tickets please call the Rangers Tickets Hotline on 0871 702 1972, option 1 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras). For supporter enquires relating to existing purchases only, please call 0371 702 1972

 

Rangers Ticket Hotline is open Monday to Sunday from 9am-9pm.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TICKET HOTLINE WILL CLOSE AT 6PM ON MONDAY 2 MAY.

 

Rangers Ticket Centre is open Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am until 5pm. Wednesday 10am until 5pm and Thursday 9am until 6pm, Saturday 10am until 2pm and closed Sunday.

So basically I'm entitled to 2 x tickets as I missed out on the semi, yipee.

 

38000 season ticket holders minus semi final allocation 21000 = 17000.

So no need to ballot those who missed out on the semi, correct or am I missing something?
